Synopsis

🏖️ Seaside café owner Sandy Shores is thrilled to host her small beach town's annual Sandcastle Contest, but the excitement washes away when the arrogant defending champion is found dead inside his elaborate sand fortress. The police suspect a tragic accident, but Sandy notices the sandcastle's architecture has been subtly sabotaged and the victim's prized golden shovel is missing. With the town's summer tourism at stake, Sandy must dig into the case with help from her quirky barista and the handsome marine biologist who runs the local tide pool tours. From suspicious tide patterns to hidden messages in the sand sculpture designs, every grain of evidence points toward a killer who knows the beach as well as Sandy does. But when she uncovers a network of buried secrets involving real estate schemes, old summer romances, and a missing treasure map, Sandy realizes this was more than just competitive sabotage. With the tide coming in and evidence literally washing away, Sandy must solve the case before the killer decides one beachside blunder isn't enough.
