Synopsis

🍵 When the village's beloved herbalist is found dead after sipping a custom tea blend, the peaceful town of Glenhaven is steeped in suspicion. The prime suspect is Sage Thistlewood, owner of the local herb shop and apothecary, who prepared the fatal brew. To clear her name and save her centuries-old family business, Sage must use her extensive knowledge of botany to identify which of her own herbs were used as poison. With the help of her clever fox terrier, Ginseng, and a handsome botanist visiting from the city, Sage uncovers a plot rooted in jealousy, stolen recipes, and a hidden grudge dating back generations. From mislabeled tinctures and sabotaged herb gardens to a secret society of local healers, every clue leads her deeper into danger. Can Sage identify the toxic ingredient in both the tea and the town's history before the killer decides to brew another lethal cup?
