Synopsis

🍲 When the town's most competitive cook, Betty Crockwell, collapses face-first into her famous green bean casserole at the annual church potluck, everyone assumes it's a tragic accident. But café owner and amateur chef Daisy Dish suspects foul play when she notices the casserole tastes... unusual. With the police dismissing her concerns and the town eager to move on, Daisy must take matters into her own oven mitts. Teaming up with the church's new young pastor and her gossipy baking club, Daisy investigates a simmering pot of small-town rivalries, secret recipes, and long-buried resentments. From a suspiciously perfect pie crust to a casserole dish that doesn't match the victim's usual set, every culinary clue points toward a killer who knows their way around a kitchen. But as Daisy gets closer to the truth, the killer serves up a warning: a threatening note tucked into her own recipe box. Now Daisy must uncover which of her neighbors added a deadly ingredient to the potluck before she becomes the next course on the menu.
