Synopsis

🏨 Hotel manager Penelope "Penny" Suite is proud of her family's historic Grandview Hotel, known for its impeccable service and charming atmosphere. But when a wealthy guest is found dead in the luxurious penthouse suite during the hotel's centennial celebration, Penny's reputation for hospitality is put to the ultimate test. The police suspect natural causes, but Penny notices details that don't add up—a misplaced room key, disturbed flower arrangements, and a mysterious message left on the hotel's vintage typewriter. With the hotel placed under quarantine due to a sudden snowstorm, Penny must work with her dedicated staff and a handsome visiting travel writer to investigate the guests and employees trapped inside. From secret passages between rooms to the hotel's digital key card system, every corner of the Grandview holds potential clues. But as Penny uncovers long-buried secrets about her own family's hotel, she realizes the killer is still among them—and the next vacancy might be permanent.
