Synopsis

🐱 Whiskers is no ordinary cat. With a knack for being in the right place at the right time and an uncanny ability to read human behavior, this clever feline has a secret life as a crime-solver. When his owner, bookstore owner Lily Perkins, becomes the prime suspect in the murder of a notorious literary critic, Whiskers takes matters into his own paws. The police see an open-and-shut case, but Whiskers knows Lily would never commit murder—her throwing arm isn't that good, for one thing. Using his feline talents for stealth, observation, and knocking things off shelves at crucial moments, Whiskers follows a trail of clues that only a cat could notice. From a suspiciously placed catnip toy to the way certain visitors scratch behind his ears (the murderer, he deduces, does it all wrong), every detail matters. But when the real killer realizes Whiskers is onto them, this feline sleuth will need all nine lives to solve the case and save his human.
