Synopsis

The thrilling conclusion to the two-book series! 
In the eastern wilderness of the land of Orem lies an ancient ruin which was once the throne of the tyrant Asteroth. In the present day, the ruins are surrounded by a forest called the Wychwood. A haunted place referred to by local inhabitants in hushed tales that speak of those who disappear in its depths . . . or return forever changed.  
Now the warrior Halsedric has arrived, drawn by evidence of a conspiracy that threatens Orem, fueled by an ancient evil that has taken root in the Wychwood. A forest that is being twisted and transformed by dark powers, that only Halsedric and his companions can defeat.
