  Dealing with periods in a healthy productive way, dedicated to females having periods dealing with painful periods, I am sharing my own personal experience on how to deal with it in a healthy way, more of meditative way, dealing with my own painful periods in past couple of years and finally after hit and trial I find my way to deal with it without any medication, or any surgery or any of those invasive methods, this is entirely based on my own experience and knowledge so far, hopefully this book will help you deal with your own periods in a healthy way, keep in mind this is based from a normal person not from a medical or gynecologist point of view and if you really need any serious help please contact the expert this area with that being said take my advice with grain of salt.

Due to this act of civil disobedience and her public confrontation of the Italian far right and the structural racism of the EU's Fortress Europe policy, Carola became a powerful symbol for people seeking to take practical action for a world based on justice and equality. Carola has worked in the polar regions since 2011 and holds a degree in natural resources management. Consequently, her book shows how the ecological crises we are facing today are rooted in social and political power structures. The book details moments of the rescue mission but also connects the dots to forced migration and the urgency of our environmental predicament. This seems like to good time to update everyone with what are these latest plans, space technologies, transportation options and more.I’ve tried to include all I could find on new space technologies and plans relevant to working and living in space.I wrote a book on Space in 2017 titled “Designing and Building Space Colonies” along with another ten space related books later on.
