  Introduction to ADHD in Women 
  Though ADHD is more commonly diagnosed in boys and men, it affects girls and women as well. A recent study found that girls with ADHD are more likely to have anxiety and mood disorders, as well as problems with social interactions. They are also more likely to have lower self-esteem and problems with body image. 
  There is still a lot we don't know about how ADHD affects women and girls. In particular, we need more research on how best to treat the unique symptoms that affect them. However, there are some treatments that have been shown to be effective for both genders. One such treatment is mindfulness meditation.Treatment for ADHD in women 
  While medication may be the most talked about treatment for ADHD, there are other options that can be helpful. Treatment for ADHD in women often includes therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or mindfulness meditation. In a landmark study at the UCLA in 2007, 24 adults with ADHD took part in an 8 week programme of regular guided meditations. Participants reported improvements in their anxiety and depressive symptoms along with improvements in ADHD symptoms and in test performance on tasks measuring attention and cognitive inhibition.

  The Netherlands has a history that dates far back, even before Roman times. Although some of the years and estimates of how far back that goes, are based on professional opinions, it is clear that there were people in this area of the world long ago, whether that was 5,000 years ago or 10,000. 
  Early people resided in what's now the Netherlands thousands of years ago, according to flint artifacts discovered in Woerden in the year 2010. A supposed thousands-year-old Neanderthal skull piece was found in sand scraped from the North Sea floor off the coast of Zeeland in the year 2009. 
  Let’s take a look at what happened during the times of the Romans. I remember visiting the Netherlands and visiting the city of Utrecht, a major hub in the central part of the country. According to history, it was called Ultratrajectum about 2,000 years ago, and it was a Roman settlement. Another city with ancient history is Nijmegen, which was called Noviomagus in Roman times. This is all fascinating stuff. 
  After the fall of the Roman Empire, or during it, we slowly see a transition into different cultures, habits, and beliefs, which inaugurated, at the time, the Medieval centuries, the Middle Ages. Let’s explore what happened to the Netherlands area during that time as well.

  Hamas, from the Arabic Islamic Resistance Movement, is a militant Islamist organization that aims to represent and lead a resistance movement for the liberation of Palestine from Israeli occupation. The Movement is difficult to place on the spectrum of other non-State actors, such as Hezbollah, as since 2007, it has established itself as the de facto leader of the Gaza Strip, assuming the functions of authority and government. Despite being considered a terrorist organization by the European Union, the United States, and Israel, the group rejects this designation and its diplomatic relations with major state actors such as Iran, Qatar, and Turkey.  
  The Jewish-Palestinian conflict is a complex and long-running conflict rooted in the 19th Century. It intensified during the 20th Century when Jewish immigration to Palestine grew significantly. This conflict focuses mainly on the struggle for land control between Jews and Palestinians in that region. 
  Within Israeli and Palestinian societies, the conflict generates a wide variety of positions. A distinctive feature of the conflict was the level of violence perpetrated for much of its duration. There have been clashes between regular armies, paramilitary groups, terrorist cells, and independent citizens. These clashes were not strictly limited to the military camp and caused a large number of civilian casualties on both sides.
