Synopsis

Divine Favour is worth reading! Whether in Africa, Australia, Asia, Europe, South America, Canada, or the USA, divine favour is non-negotiable! This generation has no regard for God’s divine favour at all. Instead, it has more faith in human effort, opinions, or educational qualifications than in God. Exalting anything else in your life above God’s favour will land you in trouble. Divine favour is also divine grace or divine help! Each time you turn your back on God’s grace, disgrace will find its way into your life. Think about how Paul the Apostle attributed all his life and ministry accomplishments to God’s grace. It is safer that way!

Saints, divine favour is a must in this world we live in. Without it, your life will always get incapacitated, in every way. Of course, we live in a competitive world such that for you to excel in life, you will always need the favour of God. Only the spirit of pride in people, even Christians, will always dismiss God’s plan or agenda concerning favour. Many people have lost relevance in life because of neglecting the favour of God, which is in Christ Jesus. They think education, whom they know, and their popularity is superior to God’s favour. God forbid!

Get this book! You will scale greater heights of wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and spiritual growth in Christ Jesus!!

Babylon is not a place but the seducing spirit of Antichrist, which has quietly infiltrated the pulpits, pews, bookstores and homes of the Christian ranks. Armed with a vast array of worldly charms and enchanting indulgences, she has deceived believers into exchanging a vibrant life in God for the empty shell of powerless religion.
Intoxicated with Babylon rips the mask off this harlot's face and exposes how she has subtly woven her mindset into the fabric of the end-times Church. It is a sobering wake-up call to a slumbering and sensuous Church to return to holy living.

Even though she's only 12 years old, Lily McKinley already feels the weight of the world's brokenness. She's seen it in her mother's exhaustion, her grandmother's illness, and the cruelty of Adam, the bully at her school. But most tragically, she experienced it two months ago when her father died in a terrible accident.
As an artistic daydreamer, Lily has a brilliant imagination to help her cope, but that imagination often gets her into trouble. One day, it transports her to a fantasy world called the Somnium Realm, where her father's secret history embroils her in an epic quest. With the help of a dragon guide named Cedric, Lily battles evil shrouds, harpies, and other creatures to find her way through grief, rescue the world from evil, and discover the power of redemption.
This thrilling novel by Kathryn Butler mixes fantasy with Christian themes, taking middle school listeners on a quest through castles, forests, and caverns to help a young girl find hope and usher in restoration.

An Honest Search for Personal and Collective Peace in Our Anxious Times

    · Discover how to live well in a culture permeated with fear, worry, and anxiety
    · Develop doable daily practices to promote peace both for yourself and in community
    · Learn to face anxiety head-on rather than merely coping and compartmentalizing

Every era has its challenges, but ours seem to be majoring in anxiety. Bombarded (via screens) by constant global conflicts, rancorous politics, and church scandals, today we endure seemingly endless external stressors. The reasons are easy to find--division in politics and the pews, caring for kids or aging parents, and the rapid impact of social media on our psyches, to name a few. While exploring these origins may hold some benefit, Sara Billups is concerned with right now: How do we live well in the presence of pervasive personal and collective anxiety?

The dissonance between Jesus saying "Do not worry" and her heart's inability to stop worrying led Sara to seek out spiritual rhythms and practices that create a holistic, holy response to the anxiety brimming in our bodies, our churches, and our society.

Nervous Systems offers helpful, doable daily practices for anxiety in the large and small trials in our lives. This collection of personal and cultural observations invites us to let go in the presence of our anxiety. Join Sara in learning how, with God's help, to face anxiety head-on rather than trying to pray it away or, worse, grin and bear it.

This book is like a walk in the park chat about my journey through drug addiction. It tells the story of how we got started at the early age of 10 years old smoking marijuana. For fourteen years of my life, this led to the hallucinogens, snorting cocaine, drinking alcohol and that dangerous monster; crack cocaine. We were able to come through this dangerous lifestyle and live to document the steps that we were able to take to free ourselves from this living hell. We are honored to share this process in hopes that we can reach the hearts and minds of all who will walk this path with us, as we are now 29 years free and clear of drugs, alcohol and cigarettes as a result of "Walking The Road To Recovery; 9 Steps In Motion. Enjoy.

In a society where raging narcissism dominates the moral landscape, the virtue of humility is often dismissed as irrelevant. Not only is humility vanishing from contemporary culture, but we are also witnessing how destructive a lack of humility has become among our churches and ministry leaders. And yet, Richard Foster, the founder of Renovaré, insists that humility is central to the journey toward character formation and spiritual transformation. For this reason he decided to spend a year studying the virtue of humility.

Using the Lakota calendar as a framework, Foster provides us with a look into the insights he gathered from sources ranging from Native American culture to Julian of Norwich to Scripture to personal friends. By engaging with both the spiritual classics and Foster's own experiences, Learning Humility provides profound insight into what humility can look like in our current cultural climate.

Join Richard Foster on the journey toward a life of humility, which he says leads us into "freedom, joy, and holy hilarity."
