Synopsis

Gary Sherman invites you to journey with him as he explores being “a committed visitor,” a consciousness committed to human form while also retaining his non-physical nature. As a visitor, he accepts the experience of exploring the complex web of perception that defines and gives structure to being human and the unique learning this offers. 
This book explores the extraordinary yet underused capacity each of us has been gifted with as “spirit in form”—the freedom to consciously move within ourselves, to travel through shifts in consciousness as a means to explore our deepest nature. 
Sharing his experience and reflections, the author shows us a self that is multi-dimensional and layered with multiple states of consciousness, each with its own perception of what is real and true. He demonstrates that, by examining our humanness, we will discover the spirit that visits.
