    VOYAGE TO THE LAST FRONTIER...
The first book in the dramatic and intriguing story about the colonisation of Australia: a country built on blood, passion, and dreams.
They were transported from 1780s' England, packed like cattle in cargo compartments: scammers and prostitutes, thieves and murderers — doomed to build His Majesty's new colony in Captain Cook's anchorage in Botany Bay.
It was a cruel fate even for the toughest of individuals but especially for 15-year-old Jenny Taggart, who was sentenced to lifelong exile for a crime she did not commit. Will there be a future for her in this unknown country, or will she succumb to a rough and brutal life?
Rebels and outcasts, they fled halfway across the earth to settle the harsh Australian wastelands. Decades later — ennobled by love and strengthened by tragedy — they had transformed a wilderness into a fertile land. And themselves into The Australians.

Combining cut-throat dynastic politics with expansive worldbuilding and slow-burning romance, this audiobook is perfect for fans of Godkiller and Samantha Shannon.
Bataar was only a child when he killed a gryphon, making him a legend across the Red Steppe. As an adult, he is the formidable Bataar Rhah, chosen by god to rule the continent that once scorned his people. After a string of improbable victories, he turns his sights on the wealthy, powerful kingdom of Dumakra, whose princesses rule the skies from the backs of pegasuses.
When rumours reach the capital that the infamous warlord is moving on Dumakra, Nohra Zultama prepares to face him. She and her sisters are feared warriors, goddess-blessed and mounted on winged, man-eating horses. But as deceit and betrayal swirl through her father's court, Nohra soon learns the price of complacency. With her city under Bataar’s rule, Nohra vows to take revenge. But her growing closeness to Bataar’s wife, Qaira, threatens to undo her resolve.
When rioting breaks out and mythic beasts incite panic, Nohra must fight alongside Bataar to keep order, her mixed feelings towards the man she’s sworn to kill becoming ever more complicated. Old evils are rising. Only together will Nohra and Bataar stand a chance against the djinn, ghouls, and monsters that threaten to overrun their world.

How do you handcuff an invisible hit man?
Meet Max Malone - Nashville’s #1 homicide detective, barbecue aficionado, and consummate jackass. In just one week in May, a series of suspicious deaths propels Max to unravel a time-critical mystery. Aided by his ukulele-wielding partner, Vince Wilson, and brilliant beat cop, Helen Hanover, they pursue a self-righteous vigilante playing judge, jury and cunning executioner of targets in high and low places.
Like so many in Nashville, Max is a frustrated songwriter. His vast collection of vinyl records and savant-like memory of hit songs provide a soundtrack to the race for answers through staggering revelations and the detective’s own crossroads.
In this extraordinary debut novel, award-winning songwriter and recording artist, Billy Sprague, exposes the layered M.O. of a human soul, and paints detective Max Malone, along with the reader, into the same desperate corner – where the only way out - means a risk-it-all leap of faith.
