A searing chronicle of ambition, brutality, and collapse, Broken Supremacy: The Rise and Fall of the Wehrmacht in Russia reveals the untold dimensions of the most catastrophic military campaign in modern history.
At the height of its power, the Wehrmacht was celebrated as an unstoppable force, an army honed on lightning victories, driven by a doctrine of speed and annihilation. Yet on the vast, unforgiving battlefields of the Eastern Front, that supremacy was shattered. This groundbreaking work peels back the myths to expose the flawed strategies, fatal hubris, and relentless resistance that led to the Wehrmacht’s disintegration against the Soviet war machine.
Drawing on newly unearthed archives, soldiers’ testimonies, and penetrating analysis, the book traces the Wehrmacht’s trajectory from its initial triumphs in 1941 to its devastating reversals at Stalingrad, Kursk, and beyond. It examines the interplay between ideology and strategy, the limitations of military innovation, and the human toll of a conflict that claimed millions of lives. More than a military history, it is an unflinching portrait of a regime’s overreach and the resilience of those who resisted it.
Written with cinematic immediacy and scholarly authority, Broken Supremacy illuminates how the Wehrmacht’s rise carried the seeds of its downfall, and why its defeat in Russia sealed the fate of Nazi Germany itself.

    Introduction to ADHD in Women
Though ADHD is more commonly diagnosed in boys and men, it affects girls and women as well. A recent study found that girls with ADHD are more likely to have anxiety and mood disorders, as well as problems with social interactions. They are also more likely to have lower self-esteem and problems with body image.
There is still a lot we don't know about how ADHD affects women and girls. In particular, we need more research on how best to treat the unique symptoms that affect them. However, there are some treatments that have been shown to be effective for both genders. One such treatment is mindfulness meditation.Treatment for ADHD in women
While medication may be the most talked about treatment for ADHD, there are other options that can be helpful. Treatment for ADHD in women often includes therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and/or mindfulness meditation. In a landmark study at the UCLA in 2007, 24 adults with ADHD took part in an 8 week programme of regular guided meditations. Participants reported improvements in their anxiety and depressive symptoms along with improvements in ADHD symptoms and in test performance on tasks measuring attention and cognitive inhibition.
My hope is that through regularly listening to the guided meditations in this audiobook, you can also benefit from an improvement in your symptoms.Guided meditation book for ADHD and women
There are 4 meditations in this audiobook, which I hope will help you relax, focus and live a happier life. The topics are selected to be a cross section of relaxation, and mindfulness practice, that, through regular practice and usage, could help you, step by step, manage your ADHD.

In this book the theory of multiverses, ancient cultures which came from other dimensions, dimensional shifting testimonies, and a lot more are included for your review and discussion. The Multiverse was proposed long ago by the ancient Greeks. In modern times this subject has become very active among physicists. There is also some real modern evidence that the Multiverse exists. My curiosity about alternative dimensions is the result of research for my first book on ancient Ireland which recorded that the Tutha Da Dannan (forebears of the Elves and Druids) who came from “The Otherworld”.I have also collected many testimonies and stories about people who experienced dimensional shifts which appear in this book too.It is also possible that many reports of Bigfoot, Thunderbirds, Dragons, and more all also tied up in the potential reality of the Multiverse. After reading this book you may become convinced that the multiverse really exists and this would explain many of the strange events in our lives. The world we live in is a much stranger place than most of us would believe.

As one of the seminal social revolutions in human history, the French Revolution holds a unique legacy, especially in the West. The early years of the Revolution were fueled by Enlightenment ideals, seeking the social overthrow of the caste system that gave the royalty and aristocracy decisive advantages over the lower classes. But history remembers the French Revolution in a starkly different way, as the same leaders who sought a more democratic system while out of power devolved into establishing an incredibly repressive tyranny of their own once they acquired it.

But history remembers the French Revolution in a starkly different way, as the same leaders who sought a more democratic system while out of power devolved into establishing an incredibly repressive tyranny of their own once they acquired it.
The height of Republican France’s tyranny came during a 10 month period forever known as the Reign of Terror, the most notorious and arguably most memorable part of the French Revolution. One of the first victims of the Reign of Terror was its most famous: former French Queen Marie Antoinette. But Antoinette was followed by thousands more, including everyone from aristocrats to clergy to prostitutes and even instrumental revolutionaries like Danton, Desmoulins, and, most notably, Robespierre. It was Robespierre whose position on the Committee of Public Safety made him the Reign of Terror’s instrumental figure until he himself became a victim of it in July 1794. Robespierre’s date with the guillotine is often considered the official end of the Reign of Terror, but by then it is estimated that at least 16,000 people were guillotined in that time and possibly 25,000 more were summarily executed across the country.

When people think of the British Royal family, and more specifically where they live, the first image that often pops into mind is that of stately Buckingham Palace, with its changing of the guard and the occasional royal coach leaving or entering. Others may think of the royal country estate of Windsor Castle, a favorite of both Britain’s longest-reigning and second longest-reigning monarchs. And there was a time when both royal residences played second fiddle to a much better known home, the elegant Kensington Palace. Buckingham Palace is not different, for though it was originally built as a home of a private citizen, once a king bought it, its future was sealed.
For the French, and those who study their history, Versailles is a symbol of, as Charles Dickens once put it, “the best of times…the worst of times.” It was here that the Sun King, Louis XIV, built a palace worthy of a great nation during a time when peace was, at best, short-lived. It was at Versailles that Russian Tsar Peter the Great studied the palace’s architecture and gardens so that he could recreate them in his home country. Indeed, the greatest minds and artistic geniuses of the later stages of the Renaissance came to Versailles to build and paint, and it was here that Madame de Pompadour and her successor, Madame du Barry, used their wit and beauty to charm a king into doing their bidding. However, as history constantly demonstrates, nothing good lasts forever, and so it was with Versailles.
France, like all European countries, has had its fair share of palaces over time, but none suffered the rise and fall of fortune like the Tuileries. Built by a widow with a flair for architecture, it grew for more than a decade, along with the royal family that it housed. Then, during the French Revolution, it fell from grace with that family and even became a sight of execution, its famous gardens providing the background for the infamous guillotine.
