AN INSIDE LOOK AT INDIA’S GREATEST MYSTIC SAINT!

    THE CHANT

The Hanuman Chalisa is a hymn in praise of Hanuman authored by Tulsi Das. The word 'chālīsā' means the number forty in Sanskrit, as the Chalisa has forty verses. Hanuman is a great devotee of Ram and one of the central characters in the epic, Ramayan. He is also an incarnation of Shiva. The qualities of Hanuman – his strength, courage, wisdom, celibacy, devotion to Ram, and the many names by which he is known are all in the Hanuman Chalisa.

Hanuman is the epitome of ultimate devotion manifested with its full glory unchallenged. By the power of his devotion to Sita Ram, he easily achieved supreme status as the perfect devotee and servitor.

Reciting the Hanuman Chalisa infuses one with unlimited energy and prana. This sacred mantra also increases a person’s resilience and they emerge victorious in every situation.

    THE TEACHER

Neem Karoli Baba known to his followers as Maharaj-ji - was a mystic saint and devotee of Hanuman. Here is the essence of his remarkable life and teachings. He is known outside India for being the spiritual master of a number of Americans who traveled to India in the 1960s and 70s, including Ram Dass and Bhagavan Das, as well as musicians Krishna Das and Jai Uttal.

Dr. Richard Alpert, a former Harvard professor and Timothy Leary cohort, was an icon of the hippie, LSD-fueled revolution of the 1960s. Thereafter, on a trip to India - like Clark Kent changing into Superman - he became the much-beloved spiritual teacher Baba Ram Das. His 1970s' iconic book 'Be Here Now' turned on a generation to the deep, non-sectarian spirituality within us all.

In 1938 the German Reich inflicted a wave of violent, all night attacks on several Jewish communities (Kristallnacht). Far away in Australia, William Cooper, a distinguished Elder of the Yorta Yorta Nation, led a little-known march to the German Consulate to deliver his protest regarding the violation of those human rights.
How contemporary Jewish and Aboriginal communities re-connected with that protest is but one chapter in a book recounting true stories of many miraculous chains of events.
Each chapter has its own story, each story its own theme, but common throughout are lessons on the reality of spiritual technologies: following steps of prayerful, contemplative action; acting with ceaseless energy; working mindfully with ancestors; and expressing gratitude for the emerging blessings.
We are each connected with the spiritual realm. Some may call spiritual forces ancestors, others angels or still others, the names of forms of divine power in their traditions. Whatever their names, these forces work intimately with us when we seek to be of service to others. When asked to perform an act of service beyond one’s abilities or education, there are those in the next world who can make suggestions.

In today's world, where Western culture and social media promote the idea of perfection, many people in the Christian community are struggling to find their true identity. This disconnection distances individuals from their genuine selves, God-given purpose, and calling in Christ.
Despite this turmoil, Peter L. Morton's life serves as a source of hope for those who feel lost and disconnected from their true selves. Pete is a globally recognized security consultant who had previously served as an intelligence officer in the US Army.
His life and career showcase the strength of transformation. Pete's story is not just about his journey from being a disengaged individual to leading troops in perilous combat zones across the world but also about discovering his true identity and calling in Christ.
His experiences around the world, which include serving on the front lines as an infantryman and intelligence officer and his influential roles as a security consultant and humanitarian, represent a transformation from a life of complacency to one of purpose and authenticity.

The path forward to rein in online surveillance, AI, and tech monopoliesTechnology is a gift and a curse. The five Big Tech companies—Meta, Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google—have built innovative products that improve many aspects of our lives. But their intrusiveness and our dependence on them have created pressing threats to our civil rights, economy, and democracy.Coming from an extensive background building Silicon Valley–based tech startups, Tom Kemp eloquently and precisely weaves together the threats posed by Big Tech:• the overcollection and weaponization of our most sensitive data• the problematic ways Big Tech uses AI to process and act upon our data• the stifling of competition and entrepreneurship due to Big Tech’s dominant market positionThis richly detailed book exposes the consequences of Big Tech’s digital surveillance, exploitative use of AI, and monopolistic and anticompetitive practices. It offers actionable solutions to these problems and a clear path forward for individuals and policymakers to advocate for change.
