I think it’s fine, but I’m still so self-conscious around him that I’d rather be safe than sorry. Then his mouth covers mine, his powerful chest pushing my shoulders into the bed with his weight, and I find it hard to think about being self-conscious, or anything else for that matter. I’m pinned and can’t move; my only escape is to lose myself in the sensation of his kiss. I moan, letting go of my sense of control, as I’ve learned to do these past few weeks.
