Synopsis

In 1964 Detroit, racial tensions simmer as a racist police force, led by the brutal 'Big Four,' enforces a discriminatory curfew targeting African Americans. University friends Tony, a privileged law graduate, and Wesley, a top African American student, vow to fight injustice. Wesley, now an assistant prosecutor, confronts the Big Four's atrocities, only to meet a tragic end. Tony, devastated, abandons his prestigious career to seek justice, sparking a pivotal moment in Detroit's history of racial strife and police abuse.
