  Dealing with periods in a healthy productive way, dedicated to females having periods dealing with painful periods, I am sharing my own personal experience on how to deal with it in a healthy way, more of meditative way, dealing with my own painful periods in past couple of years and finally after hit and trial I find my way to deal with it without any medication, or any surgery or any of those invasive methods, this is entirely based on my own experience and knowledge so far, hopefully this book will help you deal with your own periods in a healthy way, keep in mind this is based from a normal person not from a medical or gynecologist point of view and if you really need any serious help please contact the expert this area with that being said take my advice with grain of salt.
