Summary

The masochistic Lady Bridgette Donahue is Doctor Damian Thatch's favorite patient, but since she is a married woman he must contain his passions when with her. Desiring a partner without limitations, Damian frequents Madame Q's nunnery, a high-end London brothel which provides the services of dolly mops for gentlemen with sadistic tastes. A dolly mop is a girl in domestic service, such as a maid or a nanny, who in order to earn a little extra money beyond her regular employment chooses to become a prostitute. Unlike a full time brothel worker who cannot afford to be left in a condition which might render her unable to entertain gentlemen for a few days, a dolly mop can easily keep marks hidden in her regular job and take the time to recover before returning to brothel work. 
Yet in spite of the liberties he is able to take with prostitutes, Damian’s arousal and subsequent release with them is never as grand as when he is with the submissive Lady Bridgette. Purchasing pleasures deprives Damian of the authenticity his sadism requires. 
But when Damian notices that a new dolly mop is actually Rosie, his own parlor maid, he realizes that he may have found a potential solution to his frustration. When he confronts Rosie she chooses to take the option of being trained to satisfy his desires rather than face immediate termination of employment. Now Damian will turn Rosie into his ideal submissive, subjecting her to bondage, birching, and a variety of sex acts including performing with Lady Bridgette.
