Synopsis

The year is 1993 
The power goes out in a small city in Northern Ontario, unbeknownst to the rest of the world. Darkness engulfs the entire district of Lex, trapping its inhabitants within invisible boundaries. 
Cult leader Malcolm Gabbo grasps the District of Lex in his hands.
