This audiobook is strikingly and passionately read by the author, Alun Wyn Jones.'A true warrior. He demands excellence from himself and others around him. He has had success and disappointment, joy and sadness. People think they know him but unless you read this book you will never know the REAL Alun Wyn Jones.' – Warren GatlandMatch Day. Closing a hotel room door, down into the team room. Up into a hotel lobby full of supporters in red shirts, of cheers and applause and shouts of good luck. This is where the story of Alun Wyn Jones's journey begins, the story that every child who has dreamt of playing rugby for their country starts with. From the tightness in your stomach to the look on your team-mates’ faces, the adrenaline starting to flow within.Belonging is the story about how the boy left Mumbles and returned as the most capped rugby player of all time. It is the story of what it takes to become a player who is seen by many as one of the greatest Welsh players there has ever been. What it takes to go from sitting, crossed legged on the hall floor at school, watching the 1997 Lions Tour of South Africa to being named the 2021 Lions Captain. But is it also about perthyn – belonging, playing for Wales, working your way through the age-grades and the club matches and regional sides. What it takes to earn the right to be there, and what it feels like to make the sacrifices along the way. Feeling the bond to the great players not long gone, and feeling the ties to the millions in front rooms and pubs across the hillsides and the valleys, coast to coast. Knowing that deep down you just want to belong, be a part of it, as everyone does. From the rain swept pitches of Swansea to making his test debut against Argentina in Patagonia in 2006, from touring with the Lions in 2009, 2013, 2017 and 2021 to losing a parent and building a family, Belonging is the autobiography of one of the most compelling figures in World rugby. Told with unflinching honesty, this is the ultimate story of what it takes and what it means to play for your country: what it means to belong.

When Joel Soper placed his first “sure thing” bet at the Detroit Race Course back in 1987, he never imagined that such an innocent gesture might lead him down the path to gambling addiction. But now, after tossing millions of dollars into the bonfire of unfulfilled dreams, Joel is stepping out of the shadows to bare his soul about the realities of compulsive sports betting.
Never Enough Zeroes is an unflinching and searing portrayal that exposes the all-too-human foibles of a man trapped on the treadmill of obsession. Co-author Philip Wyeth captures the essence of Joel’s tortured existence by telling his unforgettable life story with compassion, humor, and literary flair.
The result is a memoir that will touch readers from all backgrounds as it throws a lifeline to anyone caught in the relentless undertow of addiction who also dreams of creating a better version of themselves.
“I’ve made millions of dollars with my silver tongue, but it always just slips through my fingers...”
As more states legalize gambling across the nation, Joel’s story is an especially timely warning about this scourge where losses often extend beyond money into broken relationships and mental health issues. The proliferation of live betting has the potential to turn a generation of unwitting sports fans into nothing more than rats frantically tapping their phone screens for the next dopamine rush.
This book is a call to action! It raises a banner of hope amid a sea of desperation, and signals the start of a new alliance which is weaving a safety net so that addicts of all stripes might never hit rock bottom again.
As Joel continues his difficult journey as a “work in progress,” he hopes that Never Enough Zeroes will be a worthy addition to the self-help canon, as well as a companion piece to the mental health professional’s bookshelf.
“If you know you’re powerless over gambling, how can you make gambling powerless over you?”

What if the stranger haunting your life… was you?
The Double is Fyodor Dostoevsky’s unnerving exploration of psychological breakdown, obsession, and the split self.
When Yakov Golyadkin, an anxious, low-level bureaucrat, encounters a man identical to him in appearance but opposite in personality, his world begins to unravel. This double not only infiltrates his life but begins to replace him in every way.
What follows is a disturbing and poignant descent into paranoia, self-loathing, and existential dread. Is the double a supernatural force, a projection of suppressed desires, or a symptom of madness?
    What you’ll discover inside:
    - A Chilling Psychological Drama – A tale of identity theft by one's own reflection.
    - Themes of Madness and Alienation – A haunting look at isolation and the fractured mind.
    - A Timeless Parable of Inner Conflict – Dostoevsky’s enduring insight into self and sanity.
    - A Modern Translation – Updated for clarity while staying true to the original vision.
Join Golyadkin on his haunting journey and decide for yourself—who is the real man, and who is the shadow?
