Synopsis

Vancouver Detective Kate Morgan has had bad days before, but getting a message about her long-lost brother hit her hard. She couldn’t trust some anonymous source, yet neither could she let any tip slide. What if it was the one tidbit that gave her information as to what happened to Timothy, now missing some twenty-six years and counting? She would do anything for those answers. 
Simon St. Laurant, the reluctant psychic and her steadfast boyfriend, knows Kate is hurting on a level he has never seen before. He understands and would do everything possible to help her, even if it pushes him out of his comfort zone with his gift. When a little boy contacts Simon from the other side, he’s trying to be hopeful … 
However, as the case unravels, it doesn’t go in the direction either of them thought—or had hoped it would.
