Synopsis

The Regulus Treaty has failed. Non-compliance is running rampant through the galaxy. 
Bring the full weight of the Human Force for Peace to bear, wherever you may encounter an enemy, especially those using drones to fight their wars. 
Travel to the ice planet of Hydros to secure a future source of water for our interstellar expansion. Establish a base of operation.  
Should you find an alien presence, negotiate with it. There is enough water for all.  
If the aliens are hostile, engage and eliminate the threat.
