A murdered police officer, a revenge kidnapping, and drug dealing gangs.

A Detective Superintendent of the Nottinghamshire Police Force is found brutally murdered in the idyllic Clumber Park.

The victim used to run the same Unit that DI Rob Loxley is now a part of. That was until a drug bust went badly wrong, resulting in the deaths of four officers.
Corruption was suspected, and Rob is something of an expert on that.

As the new DI of the unit, it falls to Rob to investigate the murder and find the killer, but this means dealing with Anti-Corruption, a worrying prospect at best.

Between this, sting operations against criminal gangs, and the kidnapping of one of Scarlett’s friends, things are going from bad to worse. Rob and his dedicated team must pull together to solve these latest mysteries before more innocent lines are lost.

FOR AN EYE is a gripping and compelling British crime thriller, perfect for fans of TG Reid, Jack Gatland and Rachel Maclean.

YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES & JOHN WATSON - The case of the stolen Pianoforte.
This completely new story I have written involves the 10 year old boys who will be the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, his assistant, when they grow up, this is their formative years where they perfect their skills before adulthood on what my appear to be inconsequential subjects, but the principle remains the same.
This is just one of an extensive series I will be publishing as audio books in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this first one, and its only $1.25 cents, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, a violin Holme's musical instrument of choice and is energetic and the closing music ends the tale on a more restrained mode and only about 1 minute.
The story itself runs to about 5 minutes 30 seconds and is of course a short story, it is read in my own voice. The story involves the the disappearance of a PianoForte piano used to teach the son, Marmaduke, the son of a wealthy industrialist called Sir Edwin Warwick who lives in a grand mansion within sight of Buckingham Palace in London in the late 1900's. Marmaduke had grown weary of piano lessons and arranged for two older boys to take it away unbeknown to his father. Needless to say Holmes solves the mystery, recovers the piano back to Sir Edwin and is handsomely rewarded and goes onto his next case.
The stories are designed to be entertaining to children of between 6 to 10 years old due to the characters involved.
I do hope you and you children, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

This collection of short stories by Anton Chekhov are all set at Christmastime. Rather than depicting a sentimental image of Christmas, Chekhov paints a picture of the harsh reality faced by many of the poorer members of society during a bitter Russian winter, while still injecting elements of pathos and humour. This collection includes "At Christmas Time (Parts 1 & 2)", "Vanka" and "The Shoemaker and the Devil".

The Adventure of the Illustrious Client (1924) is one of the 56 Sherlock Holmes short stories written by British author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and one of the 12 stories collected as The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes.Sir James Damery comes to see Holmes and Watson about his illustrious client's problem (the client's identity is never revealed to the reader, although Watson finds out at the end of the story; it is heavily implied to be King Edward VII). General de Merville's young daughter Violet has fallen in love with the roguish and sadistic Austrian Baron Adelbert Gruner, who Damery and Holmes are convinced is a shameless philanderer and a murderer. The victim was his last wife, of whose murder he was acquitted owing to a legal technicality and a witness's untimely death. She met her end in the Splügen Pass. Holmes also finds out that the Baron has expensive tastes and is a collector and a recognised authority on Chinese pottery.Holmes's first step is to see Gruner, who is amused to see Holmes trying to "play a hand with no cards in it". The Baron will not be moved and claims that his charm is more potent than even a post-hypnotic suggestion in conditioning Violet's mind to reject anything bad that might be said about him. Gruner tells the story of Le Brun, a French agent who was crippled for life after being beaten by thugs after making similar inquiries into the Baron's personal business...Famous works of the author Arthur Conan Doyle: A Study in Scarlet, The Sign of the Four, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes, The Hound of the Baskervilles, The Return of Sherlock Holmes, The Valley of Fear, His Last Bow, The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes, Stories of Sherlock Holmes, The Lost World.
