Synopsis

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte Jane Eyre (/ɛər/ AIR; originally published as Jane Eyre: An Autobiography) is a novel by English writer Charlotte Brontë, published under the pen name "Currer Bell", on 16 October 1847, by Smith, Elder & Co. of London. The first American edition was published the following year by Harper & Brothers of New York.

Jane Eyre is a Bildungsroman which follows the experiences of its eponymous heroine, including her growth to adulthood and her love for Mr. Rochester, the brooding master of Thornfield Hall.

The novel revolutionised prose fiction by being the first to focus on its protagonist's moral and spiritual development through an intimate first-person narrative, where actions and events are coloured by a psychological intensity. Charlotte Brontë has been called the "first historian of the private consciousness", and the literary ancestor of writers like Proust and Joyce.

The book contains elements of social criticism with a strong sense of Christian morality at its core, and it is considered by many to be ahead of its time because of Jane's individualistic character and how the novel approaches the topics of class, sexuality, religion, and feminism. It, along with Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, is one of the most famous romance novels.

There are worse things than death and they live between the worlds.
In a mixed-up trip where Wonderland meets hell, it’s survival of the fittest and having a shattered soul means it’s even harder to stay alive. In this alien landscape full of monsters there’s no rest and the chance of death is high. Not only are we hunted, but the threat of the void is always present.
After an attack, harsh realities pass Vincent’s lips leaving me conflicted about our future together and worried about my chances of survival. Closing myself off from him is supposed to prevent distractions while I search for perspective. Instead, it puts both of our lives at greater risk.
Can we work together long enough to make it home?

From the Author who gave you The Guard Trilogy comes the new extended series, The Guards of Haven.
This novel, The Haven, is Book 4 and represents the next in series and it is considered the bridge book from the original trilogy to the new Extended Series, The Guards of Haven. Although the previous three books of The Guard Trilogy can stand alone as a complete story, these next novels adhere to the original storyline and require listeners to catch up with the trilogy before going on to these next in the sequence.

New town, new house… new dangers.
For Lynn, ditching Miami and moving to a small town hadn’t been about leaving her old life behind, it had been about moving forward with her new one. Though she hadn’t anticipated that this newfound happiness, she had discovered here would come with new threats.
It’s been 11 years since the gathering, and since Lynn discovered more about her true ancestry. They’d all learned a lot more about family, friendship, and their gifts, except along with this knowledge came the sacrifices and loses that we tended to learn about the hard way. Thankfully, there have been many joys, successes, and even a financial windfall for them along the journey. But what came next, this new threat, not even Lynn’s gift of premonition could have ever seen it coming.
What if the wrong people knew you could see or sense things that they couldn’t. What if it put you, your family, and so many other innocents in danger? But what if you could help the innocent by using your gift—would you do it, would you risk it?

    Description:
The Shadow Over Innsmouth is Lovecraft’s classic tale of a decaying seaside town bound to an ancient horror from the deep.
The story follows a traveler who visits the isolated port of Innsmouth, only to discover its inhabitants bear unsettling, amphibious traits — bulging eyes, flabby lips, and a strange, slinking gait. Through whispered rumors and a terrifying night on the run, he uncovers the truth: generations ago, the townsfolk struck a pact with the Deep Ones, an ancient ocean-dwelling race that offers wealth and longevity at a terrible cost.
As the narrator flees through collapsing streets and foggy wharves, pursued by inhuman figures emerging from the sea, he confronts a revelation far more disturbing than the town itself — one that ties his own fate to Innsmouth’s monstrous legacy.
Narrated by Amazon-bestselling horror author Jonathan Dunne, this public-domain classic is revived in a fresh, chilling performance. The Shadow Over Innsmouth remains a cornerstone of maritime horror and one of Lovecraft’s most enduring nightmares.

Emily Bronte's brutally passionate poetic masterpiece is about doomed love on the bleak Pennine moors. This haunting tale of uncontrolled, violent passion between the wilful Catherine Earnshaw and the wild, dark-natured Heathcliff has gripped readers since it was first published in 1847. An extraordinary novel in the Victorian Gothic tradition that every reader will love!
