Beschreibung

Jensen Morris is financially stable, and has been dating Milo Hawkins for more than fifteen years. Once in a while he feels as if something is missing, but he's probably imagining things.
Milo is a witch who works as an exorcist. His parents died many years ago, and his foster parents were murdered by demons a few years later. Milo thought he must be cursed and would never find stability and happiness until Jensen came along. Since then, Milo's life has been wonderful. Then Mariana, the leader of the coven of witches Milo belongs to, has visions of a nine-tailed fox and a trail of forget-me-not flowers.
Kenta is awakened from a deep trance when he senses a spark of magic from someone who has ventured too close to his well-concealed cave. The first time he sees Jensen and Milo, something about them feels familiar, but he doesn't know what. Something inside him is blocking his memory. However, they make him feel safe.
Can the three men find some joy and stability with one another when danger lurks around the corner?

Look, I'm not stupid. I'm just really bad at Statistics.Bad enough that Coach is threatening to bench me if I don't pull my grades up. Bad enough that Professor Colby assigned me a tutor.Enter Bennet Marlowe: certified genius, overpowered paladin in shiny armor, and the most annoyingly attractive guy I've ever failed to impress. He's all sharp edges and sharper wit, hiding behind oversized sweaters and reading glasses that have no business making me lose focus. He's also completely off-limits. It's hard to learn anything when all I can think about is whether he'd let me kiss him if I got the answer right. And yet, I keep finding excuses to see him. Crashing his D&D night. Convincing him to see a movie with me when my date bails. Walking him home and standing too close on his doorstep. Kissing him clumsily near said doorstep. And somewhere between pivot tables and probability, I'm starting to think maybe I'm not just bad at Statistics. I'm catastrophically bad at keeping my hands to myself.I've got one semester to pass this class and keep my scholarship. Falling for my tutor is definitely not the kind of extra credit I signed up for.

Damn, the tool next door to Lance Baye is superiorly hot. Although the stud's name is Mike Danning, Lance insists on calling him Tool. Probably because he looks hot, big, and dumb. Lance knows Mike is from Phoenix, and is temporarily in Pittsburgh to care for his Uncle Craig.

Playing around, Lance decides to borrow tools from his neighbor. A wrench today. A screwdriver tomorrow. A handsaw the day after tomorrow. Soon, Lance has a pile of Tool's tools. And he also has a strong desire for Tool.

But just when Lance decides to put the sexual moves on Tool, another neighbor is also interested. Honey Hertzer. Lance backs off -- it seems pathetic and a waste of time to chase a straight tool.

Things can change on a dime, though. Lance has a stack of tools that belong to Tool. And Tool needs them back. Will the two men share a hungry and sexual connection, crossing neighborly lines when Tool comes searching for his tools? Does a promising future exist between the pair?

When love wars with principle, which one will win?
Mark Nugent has spent his life in the closet—at least, the small portion of it he hasn’t spent in the office. Determined to make amends to his neglected teenage daughter from a failed marriage, Mark swears off work—and love—so he can give her a stable home environment. But Mark’s resolve to keep his heart under wraps is tested when he meets an out and proud young man he’s instantly drawn to.
Patrick Owen is a charity worker with strong principles. He doesn’t trust easily, but he’s blown away by his attraction for the older man who’s so new to his own sexuality. Yet Mark is adamant he’s not coming out to his daughter—and Patrick refuses to live a lie.
What with Mark’s old-fashioned attitudes and his flirtatious ex-colleague who’s determined to come between them, Patrick begins to wonder if they’ll ever be on the same page. And when Mark’s career as a tax advisor clashes with Patrick’s social conscience, sparks really start to fly—in all the wrong ways.

A lucid exploration of amnesia, selfhood, and who is left behind when the past is obliterated.

Tara Sidhoo Fraser is thirty-one years old when a rare mutation in her brain causes a stroke. Awakening after surgery with no memory of her previous life, she attempts to piece it all back together through a haze of amnesia. Yet, as memories do begin to surface, they are seen through someone else's eyes—the person whose body she stole, whom she calls Ghost.

Fighting to stabilize her existence, Tara struggles with the gulf between who she was and who she is now, while constantly battling and paying penance to Ghost. She meets Jude, who is also contending with their identity, the gap between who they are and who they present to the world. As Jude's transition progresses and they begin testosterone injections, Tara's conflict with Ghost heightens. Ghost's voice becomes stronger, and memories of hospital visits, old desires, and her ex threaten Tara's new relationship.

She burrows deeper into the mystery of who she once was, recognizing the need to fuse herself and Ghost into one. When My Ghost Sings is a lyrical memoir of healing, a farewell letter, and an embracing/reclamation of selfhood.

James, middle-aged, is given to one-night flings with younger men in whom he searches for someone he lost long ago. A random comment by his latest catch draws his mind back to the past, to a boy he once loved so fiercely, a boy drafted and sent to fight in Vietnam. A boy lost in the war. A boy James has never forgotten.

Warning: This is a very sad little story. It's also one of my best.
