  Flaps is a young peacock butterfly with a challenge – a hole in her right wing. 
  Her father was a Storm Breaker, one of the special butterflies who help keep the planet’s weather balanced by flapping their wings in just the right places.   Determined and brave, Flaps sets off on her quest, unaware that Blinks is secretly following her. Along the way, they meet new friends, overcome challenges, and discover that even the smallest creatures can make a big difference.
