Synopsis

Dead Man’s Alibi is about pastor Ishan and his wife Navi, who pastor a small community church in the heart of Chennai. Pastor was addicted  
to phone sex and wasted almost their household money on sex hot line. In order for his faithful wife not to expose him to the church and community, he murdered and buried her inside the bush. Pastor Ishan was a revered man of the cloth charismatic, eloquent, and trusted by his congregation. Behind the pulpit, he preached purity, discipline, and the sanctity of marriage. But behind closed doors, he battled a dark, shameful addiction phone sex. Late at night, while his wife and children slept, Pastor Ishan would retreat to his study, not to pray or prepare sermons, but to call expensive sex hotlines. What began as a moment of curiosity spiraled into a dangerous obsession. The more he indulged, the more he craved, and soon he found himself draining their household income to feed his hidden desire.
