Summary

Believers have faith in God.

But to manifest a greater degree of our God-given abilities, we must have the faith of God!

This increased measure of the faith of God working in us has the power to change our current, personal identity.

When we operate in the God kind of faith, we will discover that our new, Christ-centered identity also transforms our destiny.

By embracing the necessary process of change, we bring the present realization of our vision into our now.

When these changes are incorporated into our imagination, and subsequently mixed into our waking life, we act differently and become a new creature in Christ, clothed in the power of His righteousness.

Without encouraging, supporting and consistently sustaining this new image as true, our destiny will not come to pass.

That to which we hold as true will become fact in our life.

Imaginative prayer and meditation on God's Word ignite the vision of our higher self that is still hidden and waiting on us to believe and agree with it.
Therefore, its image and personality can come forth and manifest.

God, who at various times in history and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son Jesus, whom He has appointed heir of 'All Things.' For through Christ Jesus, God created the panorama of 'All Things,' and all time in the worlds. Jesus the Son being the brightness of God's splendor and radiant glory and the exact express image of His person, and upholding His mirror image. He holds 'All Things' together in the universe and expands it by the mighty power of His spoken Word, when He had by Himself purged all of our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they (Hebrews 1:1-4).

The Word of God is living truth and spirit life. It has the power to save the lost, resurrect the dead, heal the broken and free the captive from mental and emotional prisons. The Word of God opens the eyes of the blind and impoverished to see how to prosper, advance and even create wealth. All transformational changes take place when we agree with the suggestions, inspiring influences and commands of it is written!

When we are able to maintain our focused attention (and focused faith) upon our God-given purposes, creative power is released to accomplish 'All Things.' To gain a greater measure or vision of God's power working in us, we need to focus our attention on seeking first the Kingdom of God. When we seek God first, His wisdom and provision will always follow. Perseverance is an essential key to successfully obtaining and maintaining what we desire or imagine.

HOLY BIBLE - ESTHER: NEW LIVING TRANSLATION (NLT) The Holy Bible, New Living Translation, is an authoritative Bible translation, rendered faithfully into today’s English from the ancient texts by 90 leading Bible scholars. The NLT’s living language breathes life into even the most difficult-to-understand Bible passages—but even more powerful are stories of how people’s lives are changing as the words speak directly to their hearts. The New Living Translation is perfect for every age and stage of life, allowing every member of the family to read the same text.   What method did the translators use in making the NLT? The translators of the New Living Translation set out to render the message of the original texts of Scripture into clear, contemporary English. As they did so, they translated as simply and literally as possible when that approach yielded an accurate, clear, and natural English text. Many words and phrases were rendered literally and consistently into English, preserving essential literary and rhetorical devices, ancient metaphors, and word choices that give structure to the text and provide echoes of meaning from one passage to the next. On the other hand, the translators rendered the message more dynamically when the literal rendering was hard to understand, was misleading, or yielded archaic or foreign wording. They clarified difficult metaphors and terms to aid in the reader’s understanding. The translators first struggled with the meaning of the words and phrases in the ancient context; then they rendered the message into clear, natural English. Their goal was to be both faithful to the ancient texts and eminently readable. The result is a translation that is both exegetically accurate and idiomatically powerful. More than 90 Bible scholars, along with a group of accomplished English stylists, worked closely together toward that goal. In the end, the NLT is the result of precise scholarship conveyed in living, contemporary language.

Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Finalist

Interest in and awareness of the demand for social justice as an outworking of the Christian faith is growing. But it is not new.

For five hundred years, Latina/o culture and identity have been shaped by their challenges to the religious, socio-economic, and political status quo, whether in opposition to Spanish colonialism, Latin American dictatorships, US imperialism in Central America, the oppression of farmworkers, or the current exploitation of undocumented immigrants. Christianity has played a significant role in that movement at every stage.

Robert Chao Romero, the son of a Mexican father and a Chinese immigrant mother, explores the history and theology of what he terms the "Brown Church." Romero considers how this movement has responded to these and other injustices throughout its history by appealing to the belief that God's vision for redemption includes not only heavenly promises but also the transformation of every aspect of our lives and the world. Walking through this history of activism and faith, listeners will discover that Latina/o Christians have a heart after God's own.

    Do We Have Immortal Souls

To properly understand the immortality, or otherwise, of the human soul requires researching the scriptures with an open mind. A mind that is ready to accept what God reveals in His most amazing book.
The answer I have arrived at will be controversial and most people who belong to a tradition church will have been taught a very different understanding of our immortality.
The common belief is, when the good people die, they go to Heaven, but when those who have done wrong die, they will live for all eternity in Hell. A place where they will be eternally tormented for their sins against God. My question here is, just what sins warrant this type of punishment? Is there any sins so bad for God to punish those who commit them with this type of abuse and torture? Not for just a short period of time, but for all eternity.
The God I know is loving and compassionate. I do not believe He is that cruel and uncaring.
That said, I believe in a place called Hell, and it is certainly a place reserved for Satan. As for those who refuse to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord of Lords and King of Kings their future is in the lake of fire as is clearly described for us in
Rev 20:15 If anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
This may sound like they have been cast into eternal damnation, but now let us consider
Mal 4:3 “You shall tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I make,” says Yahweh of Armies.
They will be ashes, annihilated in the fire, nothing left but ashes. This is the fate of the wicked who refuse to repent of their sins and turn to God.
