This book contains three titles, which are:
    - Cross-Training: Cross-training is a powerful approach to fitness that involves engaging in a variety of exercises and activities to improve overall performance, reduce the risk of injury, and maintain motivation. For athletes of all levels, cross-training provides an opportunity to diversify their workouts, making them more dynamic and enjoyable while enhancing physical and mental resilience.
    - Strength Training for Runners: Strength training has long been overlooked by runners who often focus solely on logging miles and improving endurance. However, integrating strength training into a runner’s routine is essential for enhancing performance, building resilience, and reducing the risk of injuries. This chapter introduces the foundational concepts of strength training specifically tailored for runners, highlighting why it is a vital component of a well-rounded training program.
    - Strength Training for Seniors: As we grow older, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass in a process known as sarcopenia. This gradual decline can affect strength, balance, and overall functionality. However, regular strength training can slow, and in some cases, even reverse these effects. By engaging in a consistent exercise routine, seniors can improve their ability to perform everyday activities such as climbing stairs, carrying groceries, or simply getting out of a chair.

Logline: A basketball star risks his chances at a college scholarship when he competes in a boxing tournament just hours before the big game.
Synopsis: Jack Scratch is the star player for his high school basketball team, on the fast track to a college scholarship and perhaps a career in the NBA.
Jack's journey takes a detour after single mother Janet is saved from a mugger by two boxers: Karl "Sweet Sugar" Brown, a former heavyweight contender who now trains fighters, and Paveli "Punch" Pangora, a Slovenian slugger seeking US citizenship.
After Janet befriends the two boxers, Jack checks out the gritty yet legendary "Sweet’s Sweat Box Gym” for himself. Jack spars with "Bruiser" Bobby Studd, the resident gym bully, and shockingly gets up off the canvas after Studd knocks him down. Despite Bobby's bruising, Jack finds the individual nature of boxing a refreshing challenge after years of carrying his basketball teammates.
Sweet and Punch compete for the role of trainer to Jack as well as a romantic partner to Janet. However, Janet, as well as Jack's basketball coach, "Quick" Rick Steele, see boxing as a harmful distraction from Jack's pursuit of a college basketball scholarship. Mom and Coach are furious because Jack's bruised hands from boxing are affecting his basketball shooting abilities.

Jack, trained by Punch, enters a local boxing tournament and wins his semifinal bout to compete the following week against Bobby, trained by Sweet. However, the boxing tournament finals are scheduled mere hours before the Northeast Classic, an important basketball game that has a direct influence on Jack’s scholarship chances. As Coach Steele warns his star player, "It's your choice, Jack. Make your path, but stick with it. I know you're young, and the world seems like your oyster, but you already got people following your lead, and they need to know which way to head.”
Fight or Play Basketball is a found family story with a backdrop of sports.

Today’s business leaders are always on the lookout for the information and tools to help them build high-performing teams, to lead with purpose, to remain engaged and to win the long game. Authors Sébastien Sasseville and Gabriel Renaud masterfully transform the lessons learned in the mind-blowing Race Across America into concrete, actionable and relatable business insights.

When Sébastien Sasseville, an athlete with type 1 diabetes, decided to take part in the Race Across America solo, he knew he was embarking on the most difficult ultra-cycling race in the world. What he didn’t realize was that this experience, and the work needed to be done ahead of it, would inform his thinking around a team-building model that had application beyond sports and deep into workplaces and boardrooms.

This crossing of the United States from west to east, in a time trial of no more than 12 days, forces the riders to stay in the saddle for about 21 hours a day. The challenge is impossible to accomplish without an exceptional team that follows and supports the cyclist night and day.

Together, Sébastien and co-author Gabriel Renaud, a high-performance athlete, corporate trainer and leader of the race team, have taken the model they used to build the Race Across America team and written Building Unstoppable Teams, a tool kit for building highly engaged teams that can accomplish the exceptional.
