Anger is a powerful emotion that can impact our lives in profound ways. It can arise in moments of frustration, disappointment, or perceived injustice, and, if left unchecked, can lead to regrettable actions and damaged relationships. While anger is a natural and normal response, learning to manage it effectively is crucial for maintaining healthy connections, achieving personal growth, and finding inner peace. When we allow anger to control us, it can fuel conflicts, impact our mental and physical health, and create barriers to personal and professional success.
Effective anger management is about more than suppressing or ignoring angry feelings; it’s about understanding, channeling, and transforming those feelings in constructive ways. This requires self-awareness, discipline, and a commitment to self-improvement. Through recognizing the underlying causes of anger, we can begin to address the root issues rather than simply reacting to the symptoms. Mastering anger management allows us to regain control over our emotional responses and, ultimately, our lives.
This book provides a comprehensive approach to managing anger by combining practical techniques, psychological insights, and real-life applications. Whether you’re someone who frequently experiences intense anger or simply looking to improve emotional balance, this guide offers tools to help you navigate challenging situations with clarity and control. Each chapter is designed to address different aspects of anger, from recognizing triggers and practicing immediate calming techniques to implementing long-term strategies for lasting emotional balance.

"Austerlitz or Death" is an epic historical novel by Auguste Vallois, a captain of the Imperial Guard who recounts his memories from the battlefields of Europe to the solitude of inner exile.
From his revolutionary youth in Lyon to the Egyptian campaign, the victories in Italy, the glory at Austerlitz, the frozen hell of Russia, and the final tragedy at Waterloo, Auguste tells the story of the Napoleonic Empire in first person and with painful clarity—not from the pages of history books, but from the blood, mud, and soul of those who built it… and watched it fall.
Through these pages, the reader will march alongside a man who lost everything but his honor. You will witness how a soldier is forged, how faith fades, how a sword is held even on broken knees. Each chapter is filled with emotion, introspection, fire, and silence. Every victory bears the taste of sacrifice, and every defeat, the dignity of those who never surrendered.
Vallois's prose is both elegant and raw, intimate and epic, heir to the great traditions of war and memory literature such as All Quiet on the Western Front or The Disasters of War. This is not the official history of Napoleon, nor the tale of grand strategists. It is the story of the anonymous men who believed in something greater than themselves… and paid the price.
A novel that masterfully blends epic military drama, psychological depth, and historical tragedy. Ideal for readers of war literature, historical fiction, soldier memoirs, or explorations of the human condition in times of crisis.
"I served the Emperor. And I do not regret it."
    — Auguste Vallois

Galileo di Vincenzo Bonaiuti de' Galilei, known just as Galileo, was an astronomer, physicist, and engineer from Pisa, modern-day Italy, who was regularly described as a polymath. Galileo has been called the "creator of observational astronomy," "father of modern-day physics," "father of the clinical technique," and "father of contemporary science," to name a few titles.
Galileo engaged on useful science and innovation, clarifying the characteristics of pendulums and "hydrostatic balances," and also studying speed and speed, gravity and free fall, the concept of relativity, inertia, and projectile movement. He created the thermoscope and some army compasses, and he used the telescope to observe celestial things clinically. Telescopic verification of Venus' stages, observation of Jupiter's 4 biggest satellites, research study of Saturn's rings, and analysis of sunspots are amongst his contributions to observational astronomy.
Galileo's big testimony and support of Copernican heliocentrism (the Earth turning daily and circling the sun) drew criticism from the Catholic Church and certain astronomers. In 1615, the Roman Inquisition checked out the subject and realized that heliocentrism was silly, absurd, and profane because it went against the Holy Bible.
No doubt Galileo was an intelligent person, who paved the way for many discoveries and inventions. Let’s take a look at his life, his mission, and his accomplishments.

Anaximander’s legacy is vast and multifaceted, cementing his place as one of the pioneering figures in the history of philosophy and science. As a pre-Socratic philosopher from Miletus, Anaximander made significant contributions that laid the groundwork for future scientific and philosophical inquiry.
Anaximander is best known for his revolutionary ideas about the cosmos. He proposed that the universe originated from the apeiron, an indefinite or boundless substance, which he believed was the source of all things. This concept marked a significant departure from the mythological explanations of the cosmos prevalent in his time, suggesting instead a naturalistic origin of the universe. His cosmological model, which included the idea of a cylindrical Earth suspended in space, demonstrated a sophisticated understanding of celestial mechanics for his era.
Often regarded as the first true scientist, Anaximander applied rational and empirical approaches to understand natural phenomena. He was one of the first to propose that natural laws govern the world, an idea that forms the cornerstone of scientific inquiry. His work in biology suggested that life originated in water and that humans evolved from fish-like ancestors, anticipating evolutionary theory millennia before Darwin.
