Meditation: a path of understanding — Experiencing the lockdown in India and Thailand in 2020
This book teaches one how to tread the path of meditation, the stages involved, and the obstacles one may find. It also sheds light on the inner workings of thoughts, emotions, and the mind during meditation, and emphasizes spiritual values: happiness, gratitude, empathy, silence, and the state of being. It’s a guidance book written in a simple and direct manner, about meditation and spiritual themes such as yoga, dharma, mantras, chakras, kundalini energy, sacred feminine and awakening. This book recounts the author’s experience teaching meditation to public servants and children for the course of three years (2016-2018) as an NGO project, as well as her travels to India and Thailand during the COVID-19 lockdown in February and March 2020.
