Summary

Companion to Eternal Summer
Leo Hayes has come to June Lake to finish the last job on his list as his father's executor: cleaning out the old cabin and putting it on the market. Then a stranger rolls into the yard, a schoolteacher named Orlando Ortiz who's up the mountain researching a story about Old Hollywood getaways.
They bond over books, then over dinner. By the next morning, Leo realizes he doesn't want to sell the cabin. All the memories here are good ones -- and a night with the charming younger man might be the beginning of something even better.
Orlando knew movie star Tommy Hayes had a son. Meeting the attractive older man turns his summer research trip into a summer fling. Except after their first night together, a fling isn't all he wants. Can their brief affair turn into something more?

Joseph Asten, a handsome, 23-year-old farmer living in the Allegheny River Valley shortly after the Civil War, secretly longed for intimacy and love with other men. He devised a misguided plan to marry a woman who knew of his “dual nature” then his life took some unexpected, fateful turns.Bayard Taylor’s "Joseph and His Friend: A Pennsylvania Story" is considered the first American Gay novel. Originally published in 1869 as a serial in "The Atlantic," the author could not relate the story openly and had to use suggestive ways to describe his characters’ activities and motivations. In "Better Angels," Goodman retells the tale frankly and candidly, free from antiquated 19th Century cultural restraints. This is the author’s second book revivifying forgotten, historically-significant Queer stories. Previously, in "Vanya Says, 'Go!,'” Goodman updated the first Russian-language Gay novel "Wings," by Silver-Age poet Mikhail Kuzmin.

Welcome to the pleasures of the night in this collection of Adam Carpenter's hottest short fiction.
In these ten stories, you'll be taken to dizzying new heights of pleasure and romantic entanglements. You'll be transported to some of the most exciting cities in the world, and even some fictional settings you may wish you could visit! Same for some of the characters you're about to meet, men who love and lust after other men. In these pages, sex may be the game, but love is the prize.
The men in these stories are fiercely independent, determined, and confident in expressing their passions and indulging their unquenchable desires. From hot cowboys to hotter firemen, buttoned-up city boys to country cuties, these men are virile and vital, handsome and hunky, and quite often hairy. Ultimately, these men are filled with an insatiable zest for life, love, and lust.
This revised edition includes "A Yearly Tryst" and "You Own Me," as well as "An Assurance of Love," previously published in the charity anthology Love Is Free.
