Synopsis

If you are struggling to get to sleep or you've woken up in the middle of the night and want to get back to sleep, this story is for you. We start off with a couple of relaxing breathing exercises then the beautiful female voice will hypnotise you to sleep as you image yourself on a paradise beach.
