Synopsis

In the foggy highlands of a primeval land, ten children are captured and brought together for a mysterious purpose. Accomplishing their captors' goal will write them into legend, but they'll risk everything to achieve something even more important: escape. 
Captives is a low fantasy novella for fans of Tamora Pierce, Brian Jacques, and Rick Riordan. It features swords, magic, riddles, and young protagonists up against immense odds in a richly imagined world loosely inspired by Iron Age Britain.
