Mate Antolos
Son of Croatian immigrants, who immigrated to Australia in 1962, Mate Antolos was born in Melbourne in 1971. Mate (pronounced ‘Mateh’) became known to his Australian peers as ‘Michael’ or ‘Mike’.
Educated in the Catholic school system, he graduated in 1988 and went on to study at Deakin University (Burwood), completing a Bachelor of Business in Management with a sub-major in English in 1993.
