Robert was born a weird and peculiar man and was exiled by his religious parents when he turned eighteen years old... 
Julie is a teenager, a good student, and a scholar. She begins to be followed by a weird tall pale man, who wears a black coat, and a top hat. This man just follows her throughout her life, stalks her and stares at her. 
After countless run-ins throughout her life, after police confrontations, she believes she has seen the back of her stalker, ten years on....he reappears and he has plans for Julie.
