Sinossi

Influencer Sales explores how businesses can significantly boost sales by strategically using influencer marketing, social proof, and viral content. It emphasizes the importance of shifting from traditional advertising to authentic connections with consumers. The book highlights that influencer partnerships aren't just about celebrity endorsements anymore; even micro-influencers can drive measurable results. Furthermore, leveraging social proof, like customer testimonials, increases credibility and conversions, vital for today’s discerning consumers.

The book delves into the evolution of influencer marketing, tracing its roots and examining the psychological principles that make it effective, such as social influence and reciprocity. It guides readers through identifying the right influencers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships, and measuring ROI. The approach involves a structured progression, initially introducing core concepts, then focusing on social proof through user-generated content, and finally exploring the creation of viral content designed to amplify reach.

Ultimately, Influencer Sales offers a comprehensive guide for integrating these elements into a cohesive marketing strategy. By providing real-world case studies and actionable steps, it equips business owners, marketing managers, and entrepreneurs with the tools needed to achieve sustainable business growth in the competitive digital marketplace.

Airline pilot Steven Rozenberg entered the world of real estate investing with jet fuel grit and a candid smile. "Building an Empire: Failing Our Way to Millions" tells how he met IT executive Pete Neubig, a chance encounter that led to a lifetime friendship and business partnership, and their journey together as struggling entrepreneurs learning the ropes one hard knock at a time. Their story is inspiring and enlightening. With humor, hard-hitting honesty, and empathy, Rozenberg tells how he and his partner struggled with tenants who wouldn't or couldn't pay, property maintenance issues that bit them in hard-to-see places, and what they learned along the way as they built their budding Houston-based real estate business into one of the fastest growing property management companies in the nation. Their determination, naivete, and strong bond led them to seek wise counsel with industry experts who pointed them in the right direction, and today their business has four strategically located offices with hundreds of managed properties. In "Building an Empire: Failing Our Way to Millions," Rozenberg tells in painstaking detail what they learned, how they learned it (the hard way), and who taught them the lessons they needed to learn to succeed. In addition to being an airline pilot (he still flies today) and a property management executive, Rozenberg is an internationally renowned public speaker. In this must-read memoir, readers will learn straight-from-the-street business management techniques, marketing tips, and relationship lessons that every entrepreneur should know on their way to the top. Rozenberg is encouraging and professional as he shares his heart, his head, and his passion for overcoming the challenges and obstacles to building a successful real estate business.

This is an introduction to The Tao of Human Interactions.
I decided to write this book because of the need for an effective system of managing and enhancing people's ability to communicate. Its applications span business as well as personal interactions. It can be a simple way of assessing the personalities of people around you and enabling you to better interact with them. I've played the role of an employee in middle management as well as upper management. One essential skill for any good manager is communication. It is important to be able to assess the people you are managing and also to be able to effectively deliver the correct messages. It is not only important to deliver the ideas, but it also needs to be done in a way that impacts the audience correctly. An effective manager must also assess and manage the emotional states of the people involved. I have spent a good part of my life working as an employee and in upper management and middle management. I have also consulted management for many different types of organizations in the public as well as the private sector. I have worked in specific industries such as transit, technology, public works, city government, the military, and hospitality. My approach has always been to try to create effective modes of interaction and communication between employees and middle management, as well as between management and upper management.
This book is concerned mostly with daily interactions at the employee level. The system and skills taught can be applied to any interaction in the business and personal life. Management systems are often well thought out and well structured, but quite often, they do not lend themselves to the chaotic, on-the-spot timber of human interactions. The Tao of Human Communications is a system rooted in present-moment fluid interactions. Westerners today grow up with abundant opportunities to determine their own values, identities, and roles in society. But for generations, millions who lived under Soviet rule in the USSR had these essential freedoms withheld, determined instead by a central authority that claimed the right to choose for them and enforce their compliance. Thirty years after the Soviet Union’s decisive collapse, the old communist paradigm continues to limit those who come of age in a post-Soviet world.Everyone Is an Entrepreneur showcases the experience of an American author acclimating to life in the developing post-Soviet economy of Armenia. Along the way, he examines how the intelligent and hardworking people he lives among are stuck in a state of transition away from all-encompassing, bureaucratic control. They struggle to adjust to the responsibilities of economic self-determination because they have never learned how to see the world through entrepreneurial eyes.Entrepreneurship is a principled way of seeing the world, a paradigm that applies to people in all cultural and economic circumstances: Artists, office workers, doctors, teachers, farmers, and laborers alike. By adopting this universal outlook, anyone can produce more wealth, accomplish bigger goals, and take control of their life like never before.
