  أعشقوا قلوبكم إذا كانت قلوبٌ مصنوعة من الحب ، حب كل شي في هذا الكون كما هو دون تصنع ، دون مصالح ، دون وجود لكلمة الخيانة ، والكذب ، والأنانية . أوضحت الكاتبة والمستشارة الإعلامية الكاتبة الدكتورة وفاء أبوهادي عن سبب تسميتها لإصدارها بهذا الاسم قائلة : الملاحظ من خلال عناوين كُتبي السابقة أنها تأخذ مسار الشجن والألم ، وهذا ما ناقضه كتابي الحالي ، فقد وجدت أنه لا يستحق أن تُعشق غير قلوبنا خاصة إذا كانت مختلفة ، عفوية و مليئة بالحب الغير مشروط
  ، المعطاءة بدون حدود .
  
  وجاء كتابي هذا بعد صدمات تلقاها قلبي نتيجة عفويته ونظرته لكل من حوله بمثالية ، وأنهم ملائكة يمشون على الأرض ، فكان لابد من الإستيقاظ من سبات ممرض
  وأن أقدم الإعتذار لهذا القلب عن كل ما حملته من تضحيات وأجبرته علي عطاءات قُوبلت بالنكران ، ولم أجد غير أني أعشقُه فهو مختلف .
  
  في خضم أوجاعه يعطي الدواء ، وشدة خيباته يتحمل ويتعامل بعفوية ، وهي رسالة للجميع أعشقوا قلوبكم لا تعرضوها لعواصف تأتيكم ممن لا يستحق ، لا ترهقوها بالبحث عن الصدق والإحتواء ، ولا تجعلوها تعيش حياة للتضحية والعطاء والنتيجة هي انكسار قلوبكم .
