  وجَعي على مهْلٍ يؤرْجحُني، وأعبرُ هازئاً من سَكْرةِ الضجَرِ العميقِ، أنا هُنا وأنايَ من ألمٍ هناكَ، كأنّنا عدَمٌ يُخاتِلُ عمْرَهُ في خيبةِ العَبثِ الطويلِ، طرقْتُ بابَ القلبِ، قِنطَرتي غرامٌ لا يلائمُهُ الغيابُ، فظلَّ يبحثُ فيَّ عن معنىً سؤالي!. بابٌ يدقُّ يدِي، أنا يأساً أدقُّ البابَ، أومئُ كي يرانيَ بعضيَ المنفيُّ خلفَ الوهْمِ، تُربِكُني ظلالُ الأمسِ، أسْتلقي على ليلِ الكآبةِ، لم أمُتْ من خيبةِ الترحالِ، لكنّي طُعِنتُ برمْحيَ المكسورِ، أوجَعَني احتفالُ الظنّ حينَ هُزِمْتُ من غيْبِ المتاهةِ، هاهُنا، أمشي ورائي حامِلاً قلبَيْنِ من عتَبٍ، ومن تعَبٍ أطيحُ على ظِلالي!
