To add to the drama, Bailey is being filmed by a crew for her upcoming show . . .

When Bailey's TV producer pitched a reality show about building the factory, Bailey was shocked that the network picked it up. However, local community organizer Margot Rawlings is ecstatic—because the filming coincides with Harvest's First Annual Blueberry Bash. Margot believes the media attention will make Harvest the most popular destination in Holmes County. But now, the county may become known for all the wrong reasons . . .

Bailey will have to sift through a crowd of angry villagers and thousands of blueberries to solve the murder, save her new venture, and protect her Amish friends. "The Last Pilgrim" concludes the Rake's Progress Trilogy with a masterful exploration of redemption, family, and adaptation in a rapidly changing world.
When Jack Drummond's ex-wife orchestrates his arrest through Interpol, his carefully constructed world begins to crumble. His imprisonment in Belmarsh threatens not just his business empire but his most precious relationship – with his children. Released but blacklisted by London's financial establishment, Jack must rebuild from nothing while protecting his son Tristan from his mother's destructive influence and supporting his daughter Alice's humanitarian ambitions.
The story spans a transformative decade, from the early promise of cryptocurrency to the rise of artificial intelligence and the stark realities of war in Ukraine. Through these sweeping changes, Jack navigates the complexities of fatherhood, love, and survival. His relationship with Svetlana, a Ukrainian woman whose family becomes caught in the war, adds depth to his journey of personal growth.
Stuart-Douglas draws on his intimate knowledge of both old and new money to craft a narrative that seamlessly moves from the hunting fields of Wiltshire to the beach clubs of Tulum, from London boardrooms to war-torn Bucha. The author brings authenticity to every scene, whether describing international finance, English country traditions, or the brutal realities of modern warfare.
"The Last Pilgrim" is ultimately about transformation – personal, professional, and societal. It explores finding hope in destruction's aftermath, love in loss's shadow, and purpose in uncertainty. Stuart-Douglas has created a compelling finale that bridges high finance, family drama, and international politics, offering both entertainment and thoughtful examination of how we navigate change in an increasingly complex world.

General Fentiman is found dead on the afternoon of November 11 in his armchair at the Bellona Club—just hours after the passing of his wealthy estranged sister. At ninety years old, his physician certifies death by natural causes. The important question, then, is not how he died, but when, as the answer determines the fate of an inheritance worth half a million pounds. If he died after his sister, her fortune stands to go to his grandsons, who are sorely in need of the funds. However, if his sister outlived him—even if only briefly—the money instead goes to his sister's companion, Ann Dorland. Fellow Bellona Club member and amateur sleuth Lord Peter Wimsey has to untangle a series of events to determine the general's precise time of death—and figure out if it was, in fact, a result of natural causes.
