Sinossi

Thomas Paine, best known for his works "Common Sense" (1776) and "The American Crisis" (1776-1783), turns his attention to the French Revolution in "Rights of Man". The book was written during a two-year period, during which Paine participated in the revolution as a member of the French National Assembly. "Rights of Man" comprises several books that transcend the revolution by examining the nature of human rights and the potential for nations to secure peace through the adoption of governments based on these rights. These discussions make the book an object of continuing interest.
"Rights of Man" is both a response to a criticism of the French Revolution and a discussion of governing principles that explain why a constitutional republic is the best possible form of government.

Thomas Paine's "Rights of Man" is one of the great political tracks of history.

"College" is a word that means many things to many people: a space for knowledge, a place to gain lifelong friends, and an opportunity to transcend one's socioeconomic station. Today, though, this word also recalls a slew of headlines that have revealed a dark and persistent world of racial politics on campus. From Lawrence Ross, author of The Divine Nine, Blackballed is an explosive and controversial book that rips the veil off America's hidden secret: America's colleges have fostered a racist environment that makes them a hostile space for African American students. Blackballed exposes the white fraternity and sorority system, with traditions of racist parties, songs, and assaults on black students; and the universities themselves, who name campus buildings after racist men and women. It also takes a deep dive into anti-affirmative action policies, and how they effectively segregate predominately white universities, providing ample room for white privilege. A bold mix of history and the current climate, Blackballed is a call to action for universities to make radical changes to their policies and standards to foster a better legacy for all students.

Still, we’ll define it in this book before we start expanding on the intricate details of such a personality. These topics are all very fascinating, so please, take the time to study them a bit.

Book 2: How do you recognize a narcissist?

What are the symptoms of narcissism?

Are there different types of narcissists?

These and many other questions will be addressed. Narcissism in students, in children, and in others will be laid out and explained in further detail. There are many things to learn about narcissism, so become familiar with it now!

Book 3: In this guide, we will go over some interesting subtopics related to narcissism, such as the impact of celebrities on narcissists in society, of social media, and other significant influences.

Also, we’ll go over a small checklist that you can use to see if a narcissist is a threat or not, so you know what to expect. Narcissism is often an issue in politics. Some narcissists are also sociopaths, and some narcissists are just the result of our civilization’s greedy emphasis on monetary values and the showing off of status symbols of wealth.

And then all of this begs the question: Is narcissism ever beneficial? Or is it always wrong? And if so, to what extend?

To learn more about these things, simply pick up this book online and start reading or listening.

A Stranger-Than-Fiction True Story of Closure and Completion
The journey of finding biological family members can be a rollercoaster ride of peaks, valleys, unexpected twists and hairpin turns. The surprisingly rare phenomenon of adoption is as unique as every child, parent and family experiencing it. Until now, no memoir has so artfully described the difficulty abandoned children known as foundlings face when trying to find their genetic truth or the thrill they experience upon finally coming face to face with their Spitting Image. Adoptive parents, genetic families and everyone seeking unanswered truths, or hiding from them will be encouraged and entertained by this remarkable true story.
One bright summer afternoon on weekend errands with his mother, 10-year-old Ronald's faint suspicions that he is adopted are confirmed by his mother's careful, well-practiced announcement of the truth. As a child whose appearance is close enough to that of his extended African-American adoptive family, he has always felt a part of them, but now things make a little more sense, and a 40-year odyssey of seeking his genetic truth is triggered. The formative years of spiritual training by his Baptist minister grandfather return to steady him as he is confronted by startling revelations of his birth-parents' past and his abandonment at a Detroit hospital shortly after birth.
Spitting Image is a sweeping saga spanning hundreds of years that results in the creation of one unique human being who against all odds survives them to deliver a message of faith and great hope. Are you ready for the truth?
