Sinossi

"The History of Rome" is multi-volume research of ancient Rome written by Theodor Mommsen, one of the classics of historical science. Mommsen rejected traditional Enlightenment-era tone, which used to glorify ancient Rome. Instead, based on a new and rigorous criticism of sources, Mommsen began the demythologization of Roman history. In 1902, he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature and acclaimed as "the greatest living master of the art of historical writing."

This title consists of 3 books, which are about these topics:1 - Stalingrad has changed names. It's now called Volgograd and is still one of the largest cities in Russia. But we can't ignore the fact that for a significant time in history, it was called Stalingrad, named after the tyrant and leader of the Soviet Union in the Second World War, Joseph Stalin. Let's explore the history of this city during the Second World War, and why the battles fought there were so horrendous and pivotal in history.2 - From 1924 till his death in 1953, Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin was a Georgian revolutionary and Soviet politician who ruled the Soviet Union. He was General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union from 1922 to 1952 and Chairman of the Soviet Union's Council of Ministers from 1941 to 1953. In spite of ruling the nation as part of a collective management, he ultimately combined power and ended up being the totalitarian of the Soviet Union by the 1930s. Stalin, a communist dedicated to Lenin's grasp of Marxism, formalized these concepts as Marxism-- Leninism, while his personal policies were called Stalinism.3 - From 1922 till 1991, the Soviet Union, officially the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR), was a socialist state that covered Europe and Asia. It was in theory a federal union of different sovereign republics; but, till its closing years, its administration and economy were highly centralized.

If you can answer no to this question, what are the arguments against using manipulation techniques? We all unconsciously manipulate other people all the time and are also unconsciously manipulated by others. People who are good manipulators have only learned to do this consciously. We can often even incorporate what the other person wants. Manipulation techniques can therefore help you to deal more ethically with your fellow human beings.

The destiny of humankind as a species fell on the shoulders of great men.The current book aims to unravel the changes in narcissistic leadership that develop over time and examine the potential mechanisms responsible for any such changes. The term “Narcissism” is derived from Ovid’s tale of Narcissus falling in love with his own reflection to the detriment of his genuine/authentic self, which caused him to perish. Although Ovid’s tale of Narcissus being obsessed with his image is void of any psychological examination, it is significant not merely for where the term “narcissism” is derived from. More importantly, constructive themes like unrequited self-love resonated with later interpretations of narcissism as a personality trait.Such individuals’ maintenance of their self-esteem depends on the continued use of certain mental functions. They continually judge others, usually pointing up the moral flaws in other people’s personalities and behavior, and, without shame or hesitation, they set themselves up as the guides and leaders and gods of those who need guidance, of leadership, and as a target for their reverence. These psychoanalytical perspectives suggest that narcissists regulate their self-image through portrayals of boasting, which are often boundless, leading to their rise into leadership positions.
