The devotion to the infancy of Christ throws light on the position of the Blessed Mother in the Kingdom of her divine Son, His dependence on her and union with her, the immensity of her graces, and the supreme perfection of her virtues. Among other things, the author also discusses the preparation of St. Joseph for his high and special office in the accomplishment of the Incarnation and all that followed from it.

The story of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, is found in the Book of Daniel chapter 3, it's about 3 young Jewish men, who were brought Captive from Jerusalem to Babylon, they served King Nebuchadnezzar; Nebuchadnezzar built a golden image, and told when the music sounds all the people must bow down and worship this image, or they would be cast into a burning fiery furnace, but Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, would not, for they were taught from an early age, Idol worship was sin. The King was furious and very angry, so he threw the 3 Hebrew men into the furnace, but God sent His Angel to protect them, King Nebuchadnezzar, said did we not cast 3 into the furnace ? But I see 4 Men walking in there. God thru His Mighty Power Delivered Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, this Miracle caused the King, to declare a a decree, if any one speaks against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego they would be severely punished. The Moral of this story is this, when we are Faithful to God, He will work Miracles in our lives.
