Part 2 picks up where Part 1 left off. Part 2 covers my last 24 years in Thailand where I battled drugs and alcohol and pretty much hit the skids until I started attending Alcoholics Annonymous and Narcotics Annonymous meetings here in Thailand. At this time I am one and a half years sober. I am 70 years old and I have a 5 year old son who lives with me in Thailand. This book is not for the faint of heart and in fact is pretty rough. Included in this book are over 200 full page color images which I took along the way. This book does contain erotic photos and erotic text because it is part of my story.

A story of trauma, survival, and healing, narrated in the author’s own voice.
This gripping and emotional journey takes you through Demarra's triumph over the adversity of complex childhood trauma into a life rooted in joy, purpose, and love.
Demarra’s earliest memory of trauma came at six although the violence she witnessed at the hands of her stepfather was present long before that. By the time she was thirteen, Demarra experienced eight Adverse Childhood Experiences which nearly caused her to take her own life. Many people, including professionals positioned to help her, such as her therapist, had written her off, as she endured nearly all-consuming pain that only trauma and grief can bring.
More than thirty years later from that first memory of trauma, being a successful therapist and entrepreneur, and a wife and mother, Demarra realized that she too, had deep healing to do.
This awakening caused Demarra to start again, leaving behind everything that was familiar to her, including a loving husband of fifteen years, and moving into uncharted territory in search of herself, and all that had been lost.
As a therapist and holistic practitioner, Demarra offers insight for readers seeking to overcome past trauma and live abundantly in every area of their lives. But equally important, it’s for those charged to support survivors so they can begin the healing process immediately.
As listeners journey through the story, they are left with a resonant and hopeful promise, an assurance that, no matter who we are, and what we’ve been through, the path to healing and joy is not only possible but part of our birthright and inherently worth pursuing.

In 1952, Colorado businessman and amateur hypnotist Morey Bernstein put housewife Virginia Tighe of Pueblo, Colorado, in a trance using a technique called hypnotic regression. It had sparked off startling revelations about Tighe's alleged past life as a 19th-century Irishwoman, Bridey Murphy, and her rebirth in the United States 59 years later.
Bernstein wrote a book in 1956, The Search for Bridey Murphy, which became a New York Times best-seller, eventually being published in 30 languages in 34 countries, and was later made into a movie. In this recording you will hear one of the actual hypnotism sessions.

Lawrence Perelman, an eighteen-year-old aspiring pianist and son of Soviet Jewish immigrants, wrote a letter to William F. Buckley, Jr., the conservative icon, in 1994. A remarkable cross-generational friendship was sparked by Buckley's response. During their friendship Perelman would go on to learn of the timeless elements of Buckley's character and the central role of classical music in Buckley's American vision.

In 2025, the 100th anniversary of Buckley's birth, this book delves into some of Buckley's virtues which Perelman witnessed firsthand and argues that those virtues can transform the fabric of America's character. Their friendship spanned from 1995 to February 27, 2008, the day Buckley passed away in his Connecticut home while Perelman practiced piano in a nearby room for a private recital that evening for Buckley and friends that would never happen.

American Impresario is a portrait of Buckley, the impresario of the conservative movement, man of faith, Cold Warrior, bulwark against Anti-Semitism, Renaissance man, musician, and mentor to countless people. This book will inspire listeners to emulate Buckley's virtues, including a return to civil discourse, anonymous philanthropy, faith, patriotism and fostering relationships between mentor and protégé, as part of a goal to reweave the fabric of our nation's character.

Vincent O'Sullivan was born on the 28th November 1868 in New York City. He was initially educated through the New York public school system before finishing his studies in England. As a young man he remained in London and travelled often to Paris.
O’Sullivan lived a very comfortable life with income from the family coffee business. He had no real need to work but decided that a literary lifestyle was for him.
In 1896 he released his first volume of supernatural fiction ‘A Book of Bargains’. Within its pages were classic stories that involved pacts with the Devil, reanimated corpses and psychic vampires.
Over the course of his career, he wrote a mere 10 volumes of short stories, novels, poetry together with some occasional criticism.
In 1909 his brother, who ran the company, entered its resources into some terribly mis-timed trades in coffee futures and ruin for both the company and the family quickly followed.
From now until his death O’Sullivan was destitute, life was exceedingly difficult.
Vincent O’Sullivan died on the 18th July 1940 in Paris. He was 71. He was buried in a paupers grave along with the remains of others.
