This book is a bundle of several titles which are:
    - Dawn's Dilemma: Waking up in the morning is supposed to be a fresh start—a chance to begin anew, to seize the day. But for many, it is instead a moment of resistance, a time when the comfort of the bed feels more appealing than the promise of a productive day ahead. This paradox, where the desire to be productive and successful clashes with the reluctance to rise from sleep, is at the heart of what I call the "Awakening Paradox."
    - The Ultimate Enigma: The story of this enigma begins with a seemingly ordinary event that spiraled into an extraordinary mystery, captivating the minds of people across the globe. What started as an unexplained disappearance soon transformed into one of the most perplexing and widely discussed mysteries in recorded history. The vanishing of this individual—or object, depending on the version of the story one hears—left behind only traces of confusion, a scattering of evidence, and no clear answers.
    - The Emperor's Edge: Napoleon Bonaparte's journey from a modest Corsican background to one of history's greatest military leaders is nothing short of remarkable. Born on August 15, 1769, in Ajaccio, Corsica, a French territory that had only recently been acquired from the Genoese, Napoleon’s early years were shaped by the turbulent political climate of his homeland.
    - The Shadow Agents: Covert operations are a cornerstone of modern intelligence and national security strategies. They are defined by their secrecy and the fact that they are often conducted in a manner that prevents any overt acknowledgment of their existence. In essence, covert operations are activities undertaken by government agencies, intelligence services, or other organizations to influence events or gather information while keeping their involvement hidden from the public eye.

Leonard Cohen has aimed high: to be all Jewish heroes at once. Like Jacob, he struggled with angels. Like David, he sang psalms and seduced women. But he never ceased doing what he did best: going from city to city and reviving our hearts. Leonard Cohen: The Man Who Saw the Angels Fall follows the singer’s cosmopolitan life from Montreal and New York to the Greek island of Hydra and examines his perpetual dialogues with himself, God, and avalanches.

We see how six decades of radiant pessimism and a few thousand nights in hotel rooms transformed a young Jewish poet who longed to be a saint into an existentialist troubadour in love with women and a gravelly-voiced crooner who taught a thousand ways of dissolving into love.

After more than two decades of research and travels, Christophe Lebold, who befriended the poet and spent time with him in Los Angeles, delivers a stimulating analysis of Cohen’s life and art. Gracefully blending biography and essay, he interrogates the mission Cohen set out for himself: to show us that darkness is just the flip side of light.

Vivian Stanshall was an English singer-songwriter, musician, author, poet and wit, best known for his work with the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, for his exploration of the British upper classes in Sir Henry at Rawlinson End, and for acting as Master of Ceremonies on Mike Oldfield's album Tubular Bells. She is best known in the United States for her novel The Secret Magdalene. This is the first of her works exploring the divine feminin. A must for all Bonzo Dog Band fans and followers of the great cultural legacy of the late great Vivian Stanshall.

Doctors used to tell him he was cured. That was a long time ago. Ever since he first left home at age nineteen, writer Jason Jobin has had cancer. Every five years, like clockwork, it relapses, and yet he always pulls through, surrounded by friends and family but isolated by illness. Chemotherapy, surgeries, radiation—these persist, but they aren't the milestones of his life. They can't be, he won't let them be.

From helicoptering into the Yukon backcountry to teaching in an elite writing program, Jason strives to enter adulthood with some normalcy, but his is the life of "a special case." And he does live. He lives working at a deli for minimum wage as his students come down the hill to shop and ask what he's doing there. He lives measuring out nausea pills and benzos while his roommates drink and smoke and party. He lives lying to girlfriends about past diagnoses because what can you say? What do you build on rubble? He lives high and low and in between. Again he is sick, again he is cured. It's miraculous. A great gift. But never enough.

Told in short glimpses, this story redefines what it means to survive. Jobin brings together the illuminated moments of loss and joy as he navigates chronic illness and builds from it something new and wildly unexpected.

In 1983 Yoko Ono selected journalist Geoffrey Giuliano for an exclusive interview (one of her first after the tragic death of John Lennon) over the iconic Barbara Walters. Arriving early at the Dakota apartments for what was initially a one-hour interview it turned into an all-day affair with Giuliano staying until early evening talking freely with Yoko Ono and a young Sean Lennon.

The remarkable interview presented here is the fruit of that long-ago day which turned out to be much more than just a one-off interview. Subsequent to that first visit Geoffrey formed some kind of a relationship with Yoko and regularly visited the Dakota and spoke with her on the phone.

This interview was partially used for a feature in Playgirl magazine that same year so with approximately 90% of the tape left unheard for decades. This then is the complete record of their first afternoon together in the rambling white Gothic apartment of the great John Lennon.
