Sinossi

This book is not about short stories.

Well, it is, it’s not JUST a book about short stories. It is also about an experiment I had to do to make sure just where we stand when it comes to the level of creativity that current AI has.

That’s why in this book you’ll find two types of short stories. Some are made by me, and some are made by an AI. For every short story, firstly, you will find the text written by me, and, immediately after, you will find another text with the same title, but written by the AI. The latter are based on the text by me where the AI decided to keep the theme, setting, problem at hand, or… whatever the program wanted in each case.

I am responsible for the quality of my stories. You can (and should) criticize me.  After all, we’re talking about one of the first literary projects that I publish and I’m aware that I won’t win a Nobel Prize. But, what about the quality of the stories written by the AI? Read them, fabricate opinions. That’s what this experiment is about. Obviously, I have my own opinion, but I won’t talk about it, so it doesn’t change yours. You can find me on the main social medias and reach out, maybe our opinions will concur.

Uncle Remus' stories feature a trickster hero called Br'er Rabbit ("Brother" Rabbit), who uses his wits to slide out of trouble and gain the advantage over the slower witted other animals, many of whom are trying to eat him. Br'er Rabbit stories were mostly collected directly from the afro-american oral story-telling tradition and are said to be a direct interpretation of Yoruba tales of Hare.

In Oathbringer, the third volume of the New York Times bestselling Stormlight Archive, humanity faces a new Desolation with the return of the Voidbringers, a foe with numbers as great as their thirst for vengeance.

Dalinar Kholin's Alethi armies won a fleeting victory at a terrible cost: The enemy Parshendi summoned the violent Everstorm, which now sweeps the world with destruction, and in its passing awakens the once peaceful and subservient parshmen to the horror of their millennia-long enslavement by humans. While on a desperate flight to warn his family of the threat, Kaladin Stormblessed must come to grips with the fact that the newly kindled anger of the parshmen may be wholly justified.

Nestled in the mountains high above the storms, in the tower city of Urithiru, Shallan Davar investigates the wonders of the ancient stronghold of the Knights Radiant and unearths dark secrets lurking in its depths. And Dalinar realizes that his holy mission to unite his homeland of Alethkar was too narrow in scope. Unless all the nations of Roshar can put aside Dalinar's blood-soaked past and stand together–and unless Dalinar himself can confront that past–even the restoration of the Knights Radiant will not prevent the end of civilization.

Ella doesn’t need a prince. She just wants to be loved.
Everything changed when her father died. Once, Ella was the daughter of a wealthy merchant; now, she’s a servant in her own home, with nothing but her clothes and a horse to call her own.
Unless she finds a husband first, she has four more years until she is no longer her stepmother’s ward. But she has no time to look, and what man would want to marry her, anyway?
Certainly not a prince. So why should she attend his ball?
Night of Dance is a clean, no-spice retelling of Cinderella. It is part of The Roumaterra Chronicles, a series of interconnected, standalone fairy tale retellings perfect for readers of Brittany Fichter and Annette K. Larsen.
