Sinopse

Ivor the Engine is set in the picturesque Welsh countryside, where Ivor, a small steam engine, works for The Merioneth and Llantisilly Railway Traction Company Limited. His driver, Jones the Steam, is his loyal companion, and together they deliver goods and navigate the charming Welsh valleys. Ivor, however, has a dream beyond hauling cargo: he wants to sing with the local choir. INow equipped with a full set of whistles, Ivor joins the choir for his first practice. His new sounds blend harmoniously with the voices of the choir members, and Ivor is thrilled to be part of the group. As he practices, the whole village celebrates Ivor's achievement, proving that even a steam engine can follow its dreams with a little help from friends.This audio book tells the story, taken from the very first  black-and-white TV series braodcast in the 1950s . Created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin, this wonderful series remains a timeless favourite, remembered  by generation after generation.
