Synopsis

In the year 4242, there were no more seas. The oceans had long since evaporated into salt flats, and the continents were scarred by dust storms. The atmosphere had turned into a thin, toxic mixture that could only be purified by massive filtration towers. The last humans lived deep underground or in the ruins of the old megacities, protected by layers of metal, ceramic, and artificial ecosystems. Earth was not dead.
