Synopsis

Writing a best-selling book may seem like a distant dream, an almost unattainable goal. But what if I told you that this dream is more attainable than you might think? Over the years, many authors have started with a simple desire to share their stories, and through hard work, dedication, and strategy, they have turned that desire into a successful reality. In this chapter, we'll explore what it really means to write a best-selling book and how you can set yourself up to achieve this goal. The Nature of the Best-SellerFirst, it's important to understand what constitutes a bestseller. The definition may vary depending on who you ask, but in general terms, a bestseller is a book that achieves high sales numbers and frequently appears on bestseller lists, such as those of Amazon or The New York Times. New York Times. However, the success of a bestseller goes beyond sales. It's about connecting deeply with readers, touching their lives in a meaningful way.Inspiring StoriesMany famous authors started out with a simple manuscript and great hope. J.K. Rowling, for example, wrote Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone while struggling financially. Her book was rejected by several publishers before she finally found a publisher who believed in her story. Today, the Harry Potter series is a global phenomenon. Rowling is a shining example of how persistence and belief in your work can lead to success.Another example is Stephen King, who had his first book Carrie rejected by more than 30 publishers before it was published. King, now one of the best-selling authors of all time, shows that initial rejection is not an insurmountable obstacle, but just part of the journey. The Path to SuccessLearn Much More...

The Children We Left Behind -...

Nearly every major social problem in the West can be traced back to our declining appreciation for the nuclear family structure and our failure to plan for families properly. Our culture has shifted from prioritizing sacrifice for the benefit of innocent children to catering to the fleeting desires of the adults who bring them into the world.
As a result, family separation has become commonplace, and what we consider normal is often rationalized, even when it harms our children. The culture of radical individualism among adults has left children to bear the consequences of their parents' choices.
I was once that child who was left behind, neglected by his father, and witnessed his mother shoulder the load for our survival. My father's choice to abandon me physically and emotionally contributed to my decades of struggle with depression, low self-esteem, and suicidal ideation.
Unfortunately, my experience of homelessness, mental hospital incarceration, and perpetual internal strife is no longer rare. However, our stories are often ignored, and we avoid holding accountable the parents who have failed us.
If we are to change our culture's trajectory, we must sacrifice our pride and prioritize the needs of our children over our own selfish desires. Our children must come first, or they will come last-there is no middle ground.

Akali Darshan is a powerful book that shares the inspiring story of the Guru Ke Bagh Morcha, a key event in the Akali movement. What makes this book unique is that it was written by a non-Sikh, showing how deeply the Morcha touched people beyond the Sikh community. The book aims to spread awareness about the importance of peaceful protest and the strong anti-British spirit during India’s freedom struggle. Akali Darshan presents the Guru Ke Bagh Morcha as a symbol of courage and a source of inspiration for many other movements against British rule. You can order it from Sikh Siyasat and get it delivered anywhere in the world.

A compilation of first-person accounts from German soldiers on their experiences at the Battle of Stalingrad during World War II, featuring rare photos. Real battles. Real Soldiers. Real stories. By the fall of 1942, the battle for Stalingrad had become a fight for every street and building, and nowhere was the struggle more intense than in the bombed-out factories in the northern half of the city. There, amidst crumbled stone and twisted steel, German soldiers fought from room to room against a Soviet enemy who appeared never to tire. Meanwhile, Soviet offenses outside Stalingrad had trapped the German 6th Army inside the city. Erich von Manstein attempted to break through and relieve the encircled army, but to no avail. Both stories—the fierce battle for the factories and Manstein’s relief effort—are told here in the words of the men who were there.

Branch Out from Antiquated Interpretations of the Tree of Life

The Hermetic Qabala is a rich framework for understanding ourselves, our magickal workings, and the universe, but outdated descriptions often obscure its intrinsically queer and nonbinary nature. With updated, affirming metaphors and word choices, this guide makes it easy for any practitioner to understand and work with the Tree of Life.

Enfys J. Book welcomes queer people to see themselves in this esoteric practice and offers a variety of pathworkings, exercises, and spells to deepen their understanding of each of the ten spheres (sephiroth). This book also shows magickal communities how to cocreate spaces and structures that are friendlier and more accessible to all. With a modern, inclusive understanding of the Qabala, you can enhance your magick, fully express your identity, and conquer life's challenges.

    Code of the Illuminati

In 1776 Adam Weishaupt, a respected German professor of Canon Law, founded a covert revolutionary group - The Illuminati - a secret society dedicated to destroying repressive regimes and shaping a world government in terms of Liberty and Equality. These ideals surfaced with violent emphasis during the French Revolution, which many saw as the work of Illuminati agitators. The Jesuit Abbé Augustin Barruel was one such. In this book, (the third of his four-part monumental work on the French Revolution), he describes - from contemporary sources and accounts - the history, organization and ethos of the Illuminati, and their role in the destruction of the 'ancien regime'. This is an important work on the Illuminati, and is especially relevant considering the continuing belief that the Order remains among us, still working secretly to achieve their goals.

Mention Japanese history to a non-Japanese, and the first thing that will likely come to mind is the samurai, the legendary warrior elite who ruled the country for over one thousand years. But how did they meet their end?
With their two swords, top-knot haircut, and legendary code of honor, the samurai were the absolute, unquestioned rulers of the country. That all began to change rapidly when the “black ships” of US Commodore Matthew Perry arrived in Tokyo Bay in 1853.
Since 1600, the Japanese had been closed off from the world. This began during the era of the Tokugawa shoguns, the family of generals who ruled Japan in the name of the emperor. Their reign ended in the early 1860s when the people of Japan realized that living in the past (under the samurai) had put them at a great disadvantage to the Western nations.
Between 1868 and 1912, Japan rose from a country stuck in the 17th century to a world power that defeated both China and Russia at war. In the 1920s and 1930s, Japan went from an evolving democracy to a resurgent military government, which attempted to dominate much of Asia and the Pacific. That effort ended with the two atomic bombs at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Japan yet again “rose from the ashes” and rebuilt itself as a modern Western-style democratic government and economic powerhouse. Today, the Japanese economy is the third-largest in the world, and Japanese culture is celebrated worldwide for its ancient wisdom, food, culture, and much more.
