Sinossi

It was Christmas eve, and the parlors of No. 46 Shelby Street were ablaze with light; rare flowers, in vases rarer still, filled the rooms with a sweet perfume, bringing back, as it were, the summer glory which had faded in the autumn light, and died in the chill December’s breath. Costly pictures adorned the walls; carpets, which seemed to the eye like a mossy bed inlaid with roses, covered the floors, while over all, the gas-light fell, making a scene of brilliant beauty such as was seldom witnessed in the quiet city of ——, where our story opens.
It was the night of Alice Warren’s first presentation to society, as a young lady, and in her luxurious dressing-room she stood before her mirror, bending her graceful head, while her mother placed among her flowing curls a golden arrow, and then pronounced the toilet complete. Alice Warren was very beautiful with her fair young face, her waving hair, and lustrous eyes of blue, which shone with more than their wonted brightness, as, smoothing down the folds of her dress, she glanced again at the mirror opposite, and then turned toward her mother just as a movement in the hall without attracted the attention of both. It was a slow, uncertain step, and darting forward, Alice cried:
“It is father—come to see how I look on my eighteenth birthnight!”

New title and cover, same great story! (Formerly titled Honor in the Mountain Refuge)This epic journey is his only chance to redeem his mistakes.Chogan should’ve seen it coming when his tribe cast him out. He may look like a Blackfoot brave, but he refuses to act like one ever again—especially when it means kidnapping or killing innocent people. His protective actions toward Nez Perce captives proved that. Yet the pain of having nowhere to belong strikes deeper than he imagined. Worse, there’s one particular Nez Perce woman’s face he can’t get out of his mind…or heart. How can he make amends for the sins of his past?If Telípe thought all would be well after her rescue from kidnappers, she couldn’t have been more wrong. With her husband now dead and the birth of their first baby imminent, she’s forced to seek shelter in the chaotic, overcrowded lodge of her youth. The solitude she finds only in the wilderness outside the village becomes a haven…until she comes face to face with the Blackfoot brave who once helped kidnap her. Yet even in her terror, she senses a spark of something unexpected—hope. But Chogan isn’t the only threat to her village. With a massive wildcat stalking her people, Telipe must decide whether to trust Chogan’s help. He proved his compassion and bravery when he’d kept her safe during her kidnapping, and her regard grows as she sees his determination to help her tribe—the very people who want him dead. As the wildcat closes in, one thing is clear: someone is going to be hurt—or killed—and it may cost Telipe and Chogan everything. From a USA Today bestselling author comes another epic journey through breathless landscapes and adventure so intense, lives will never be the same.

Blood binds spirit and flesh. Love binds souls—or burns them to ash.
Dasha’s mission of peace has taken a decidedly warlike turn. On the run from the Rutsi, she ends up in the village of Taikakylä, where magic flows strongly between sea, sky, and stone. But with the Rutsi determined to capture Taikakylä and Dasha herself, there’s no refuge to be found there.
Instead, Dasha and her new allies find themselves taking desperate flight in an enspelled ship. It seems they have no weapon but speed—until Dasha’s spirit-bond with her dead lover gives her the promise of hitherto unimagined abilities.
Spirit bonds are dangerous things, though. As Dasha’s magical powers grow, so does the risk that she will lose herself. Can Dasha learn to embrace her true gifts of magic, and even if she does, will it be enough? All gifts have their price, and Dasha’s may be higher than she is willing to pay. But with the fate of three peoples on her shoulders, she may not have a choice.
The final installment in The Singing Shore trilogy, Spirit and Flame combines adventure, transcendent spiritual exploration, and spicy romance. An uplifting fusion of ecofiction and epic fantasy set in a magical Northern European landscape, The Singing Shore is perfect for fans of The Bear and the Nightingale, The Wolf and the Woodsman, The Priory of the Orange Tree, or anyone who loves subversive, female-centered fantasy.
Note: This audiobook contains wild wren song recorded at the studio location.

Arseny Lebedev lives a normal life. During the day, he’s a mechanic. At night, he livestreams a fairy tale video game called Paladin. And sometimes--only sometimes—he kills people. But they all deserve it.
Ever doesn’t know his last name. He doesn’t know much of anything. Most of his life has been torture, bought and sold by a woman who calls herself his mother. He’s resigned himself to a life of servitude, until he meets Arsen.
The moment Arsen sees Ever, they’re bonded. Ever is both fragile and feral, willing to defend himself with any tool at his disposal, even teeth. Arsen is color and light, a beacon in Ever’s darkness, as brave as the knight in the game he plays.
Arsen protects Ever fiercely, but just when he feels safe, someone attempts to drag him back to his old life, reminding him that reality isn’t fairy tales or video games. He knows staying puts Arsen in danger. But Arsen insists they’re safer together. Can Ever truly have his happily ever after or is it game over?
Paladin is a hurt-comfort, dark romance with an HEA and no cliffhangers. It features a vigilante twitch-streamer and the beautiful but feral gremlin he saves from a life of misery. As with any Onley book, you’ll find dark humor, steamy sexy times, and gratuitous violence against people who totally deserve it. This is book 1 in the Jericho’s Boys series. Each book follows a different couple.
