Sinossi

The first book of the series Minibooks saving lives with surprise is "Heroes & Elizabeth Taylor´s Original Favorite Recipe". "Nothing can be taken for granted & Hollywood Icon Doris Day´s Original Favorite Recipe" reminds of what we have every reason to be grateful for to be aware how happy and lucky we are in reality: the love of dogs, food, energy, all we need comes from God and is there in abundance if we see it.

As Elizabeth Taylor did, Doris Day who thanked me for what I am doing for the animals, which was a kind gesture - because we both knew it is the animals who always are giving more to us -, offered me her original favorite recipe for helping them. Doris Day lived her true values and has been following her heart.

Although she had many setbacks like a husband who stole from her all she had earned, she was aware of the fact that the source of creativity came from her in connection with the divine which also had provided us with the gift of the animals.

Doris Day did not give the bad the power. Sh just moved on. When her son died, she had to work and help twice as much, because she did it also for him and carried on. She spread kindness as a ray of sunshine she has been and it is the power of her soul which is her true essence. The ones who feel it, live. Only when you feel if a person is good and loving, you receive the gift of happiness.

As an animal lover, Doris Day´s favorite recipe is vegetarian, but the pasta must be made of non-GMO grains and the vegetables must be organic without glyphosates which lt the stomach´s of insects explode because they are so toxic.

Doris Day´s recipe, on the contrary, is made to help you, nurture you and support your health! Enjoy! It is a unique opportunity and I am giving all I earn for helping mistreated animals in Mexico and Spain, as well as the kids of the vets! Thank you for taking part and making promotion on your social media! Lore and the rescues :-)

"It Didn't Start with You" by Mark Wolynn explores the idea that mental and physical health issues like depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and phobias may not solely stem from our own life experiences or brain chemistry but can be inherited from our ancestors. Drawing on scientific research, including the work of experts like Rachel Yehuda and Bessel van der Kolk, the book shows how trauma can be passed down through generations, even when the original trauma source is long gone or forgotten. Mark Wolynn, a pioneer in the field of inherited family trauma, offers the Core Language Approach, a practical method for uncovering and addressing these hidden emotional legacies. The book includes diagnostic self-inventories, techniques for creating family trees, and tools like visualization and active imagination to facilitate healing and reconnection. "It Didn't Start With You" provides a transformative approach to resolving deep-seated issues that traditional therapy or medications may not fully address.
